Summary of the work of the class teacher from 2012 to 2019
Through the practice of working as a class teacher for half a semester, I think I have the following benefits:
First of all, from the perspective of ideological understanding, through the help of other teachers and the revelation and thinking that I have gained in my work, I have a deeper understanding of the seemingly simple terms of “ class teacher ” and “ class teacher work”. Through this ordinary title, I saw that the support behind this title is actually "love" and "responsibility" and a lot of effort and countless sweat. Until I have actually assumed this responsibility, I can understand that from the small country to the university, my class teachers have paid for their own rewards and earnest expectations.
Secondly, in terms of their ability to handle affairs, they feel that they have been well trained and improved. Of course, a large part of this harvest comes from the extensive experience of the class teachers , and it is small to learn how to choose people to participate. The questionnaire survey was so large that it was dealing with the question of student disciplinary problems. These large and small problems were all better solved in the process of learning the old class teacher , which benefited me a lot. This kind of learning has made us new teachers and new class teachers less detours, which can be said to help us grow.
It is true that while learning the experience of the old teacher, we can't just satisfy this. Young people should be full of energy and creativity. We should form a set of working methods that are effective and effective on the basis of information.
Thirdly, students self-management, class, is the collective of students' study and life. The class will affect the formation of students' personality, the correct class paradox, and the scientific and democratic class management style is beneficial to the students' physical and mental development. The high school students have just left the country, with the childishness of the middle school students and the embarrassment of high school life, and also with the confusion of high school life, after a period of high school, there is a phenomenon of incompatibility. The management of the state is basically a “nanny-style” management based on the class teacher . The students' autonomy is poor and the self-learning ability is weak. In high school, the students are the main body and learn to study and take care of themselves. How to achieve a transition from “nanny” management to self-management? This is the primary issue facing a high school class teacher . As we age, students have a desire to be independent and self-management. One management method I manage is to fully involve students in management. I have appointed 16 class members plus 8 class representatives, and more than 20 people are involved in management and self-discipline. Let the students consciously participate in the attitude of the master to drive the minority with the majority. In this way, create a four-class environment. After 3 months of practice, it works well.
Again, this half-semester job as a class teacher also made me understand myself at work. Below, I will talk about my half-semester work experience.

Third, grasp the typical, point to face to fill the face.
The characteristics of the students in this class are that the overall score of the study is average: there are many students, so the first task is to train the role model of the top students and teach the poor students, that is, to do a good job. The students are taught in accordance with their aptitude, and the centralized education is conducted in batches. There are four types: double eugenics, medium students, poor grades, and double poor students. It is necessary to pay more attention to and encourage the double eugenics, and implement timely encouragement and strict requirements for the double poor students, and the combination of rewards and punishments.
Second, unpredictable work. This may be a performance of insufficient work experience! Some old class teachers have been able to formulate a series of rules and regulations when the semester has not yet begun, to manage people by system, to convince people, and to prevent many possible problems before they occur. However, at this stage, I can only follow the problem step by step and solve the problems that have arisen. Of course, I found that the problem was raised in time, and timely resolution would also help to prevent the expansion of the problem. For example, if a student is found to be late, even if it is only one, it should remind other students not to have similar problems.
Third, the unfamiliarity with some of the school's rules and regulations has resulted in insufficient publicity for students.
Fourth, the thinking of individual and more special students is not enough. Although the learning atmosphere of the entire class is generally positive and positive, individual students are less likely to learn enthusiasm due to family relationships or personal ideological problems. For this problem, I will work hard to get the job done as soon as possible, solve the problem as much as possible, and guide the students.
The above is my personal experience in the work of the class teacher in the past six months. Someone once said that finding problems and solving problems is a process of growth and progress. Through the six months of study and exercise, I believe that in the future work, I will be devoted to it with greater confidence and enthusiasm.
