First, cultivate good habits of students.

Because of their young age, first-year students are lively and active, and their self-consciousness is very poor. Everything has to be watched by teachers. Therefore, I put the focus of my work on the good habits of students. First of all, I will use the morning meeting class and the thinking class to learn the "Standards of Daily Behavior of Primary School Students" to remind students to prepare for class. In daily study, always pay attention to mobilizing the enthusiasm of students, and gradually develop a good habit of attending classes to concentrate on listening, taking a break, speaking civilized, and being polite. The second is to let students develop some habits of homework and reading. For example: every day the school students check the teacher, the day students check for the parents, and make a mark before they can go out to play. In addition, I use the textbooks at the students' hands to let them finish their homework and look at the extracurricular books. This keeps the classroom quiet and allows students to increase their literacy and interest in reading. There is also the habit of letting them develop morning reading. I ask students to take out Chinese textbooks after they arrive at the classroom. They can't leave their seats and be supervised by class representatives.

Second, the well-trained class collective class is a fertile ground for cultivating students' individuality. With this fertile soil, students' individuality can be brilliance. I led the students to actively participate in the activities of the school. There were many activities in the school during this semester. I helped students collect stories to participate in the story-telling contest of “Knowledge, Honor, and Tree Breeze”; select students to participate in the “Welcome June 1st Olympic Dream” live painting In the competition, my class Zhu Xi was awarded the first prize at the district level in the competition. During the celebration of the June 1st event, the two programs I led the students to rehearsed were successful. Through these activities, students are formed to love the feelings of the class, and always want to glory for their class. Gradually form a healthy, united and united class.
Third, the training of small cadres with management ability is a good assistant for teachers. It is very important to select a competent cadre. The first-year students are young and have few abilities, so I focused on cultivating three types of class cadres: the squad leader, the labor committee, and the representatives of each class. And from the class to choose a daily leader, he is responsible for managing the day's health cleaning and eye exercises, thus cultivating the ability of small cadres.

Fourth, strengthen the relationship with parents

During the semester, I deposited the student's contact number on my mobile phone so that I could carry it with me. The parents also called for a moment. I always patiently explained and communicated with them, and told the parents about the situation at all times. In normal times, once I find out that students have special circumstances in their study, body and mind, I always contact the parents in a timely and proactive manner to understand the situation, obtain parental understanding and cooperation, and jointly educate the children. I am very pleased that parents have trusted, understood and supported my work. This is also the place I feel that I have done more successfully this semester.
The semester soon passed, and the children in the class basically adapted to the school life. They also had a good understanding of the school's rules and regulations, and most of them can do it. It should be said that students are more obedient. But I still have a lot of things that are not done well, such as the work is not detailed enough, the treatment of children is not careful enough. So in the next semester, my children and I will continue to work hard to build all aspects of the class.
