This semester is the first class teacher of Peizhi, facing a group of seven or eight-year-old children with intellectual disabilities. Work is more onerous. During the semester, I did the following work in class work:
I. Standardized management system
To manage a good class, we must have a certain management system. I have developed the following system for the students in this class: 1. The reward and punishment system. Every week, I will give material rewards to students who have made progress and serious classes, and reward them with some small foods to stimulate students to keep on advancing. For those who do not perform well, they must criticize and educate them. Borrow a small cookie and do a good job next week. 2. The rotation system of class members. Every day I arrange a student day to manage health, so that all students realize that I am a member of this class, and for those students with particularly poor ability, under the guidance of a better student.
Second, the use of grooming methods.
In the education and teaching work, we must position the teacher and the students, especially the position of the students. In a class, students' knowledge and mental characteristics are different. But regardless of the student, he came to the school and wanted to be a good student in the eyes of the teacher. They were full of respect and dependence on the teacher, but because of the difference in intelligence and self-control, the students had eugenics and poor students. At this time, we It is necessary to treat them differently and teach them in accordance with their aptitude. The first-year mentally retarded students are young, and they are encouraged to praise them as much as possible while rigorous, but remember that they cannot be praised and must pay attention to the heat.
Third, establish democratic relations
The new curriculum standard proposes that the relationship between teachers and students should be an equal friendship. To this end, I treat students as my friends and treat them more democratically. When you have time, talk to them and talk, let the students gradually feel their goodwill, and care and love for him. In this way, students are happy to hear from you. These emotional investments are better than waiting for the students to make mistakes.
Fourth, words and deeds, training habits
As teachers, we are role models in children's minds. They always have eyes on you and imitation of you. Only when we carefully observe, it is not difficult to find that many students not only read and write like you, but even speak and act. Therefore, when the student yells "teacher is good" to me, I always say "hello" with a smile. Although this is a trivial matter, it is a silent education. It is polite to educate students. In order to educate students not to beat people, they must not be allowed to play students first; if students are quietly attending classes, they will not be able to yell and yell at the table in class. Because, even if you can make students stop the noise temporarily, they can't quell the irritability of the students.
