The new semester has begun, and the school's teaching work has gradually entered normal operation. In this semester, I was the first class teacher . In order to carry out all the work smoothly this semester, according to the actual situation of the students, my main work in this semester is to focus on the correct class style, study style, and comprehensively improve the scores of my class.

1. Fully cooperate with school work and accelerate their own development.

In accordance with the requirements of school moral education work, we will focus on strengthening the establishment of healthy self-awareness, consciously resisting the temptation of bad behavior thoughts, forming good behavior habits and guiding ideology and morality, and carrying out a variety of educational activities suitable for students' characteristics to promote their healthy growth. Adhere to the sustainable development of teachers and students, implement the outline of moral construction, systematically carry out life education, improve humanities, and further implement the education of national spirit. 2. Strengthen the construction of the style of study and establish a good learning atmosphere.

3 Improve the class management system. We will comprehensively rectify the cadre of the class and carry out reorganization and reconstruction. Improve the class reward and punishment system, and comprehensively improve students' self-discipline in discipline.

As the saying goes: The role of the role model is endless. My class has excellent students like Liu Qing, Wen Ji, Li Min, etc., who use their learning attitude and spirit to set an example and influence other students in the class. 3. Establish class conventions and improve the team of the class, make full use of the binding role of the convention and the auxiliary role of the small assistant.

The class convention is a standard for regulating student behavior. This method can effectively help the class teacher to manage the students, and can provide the basis for the management class for the class. This can also better play the role of the class assistant. Appointment classes should be elected through democratic voting, allowing students to select students who they trust to serve as classes.
