Some students also like to interrupt when they are in class, interrupt the teacher's speech at will, and interfere with classroom discipline at will. Then I will ask them to "can't do this", so often tell him "what if" after class? And give examples to let them see that the benefits outweigh the disadvantages. Secondly, in addition to paying attention to students' academic performance, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of students' quality. I have always advocated that students learn faster, and only when they learn to be better, can they learn better. I feel that the mood is determined by the quality of the individual, so only by improving the quality of the students can we ensure the continuous improvement of academic performance. Therefore, in order to comprehensively improve the quality of students, I will cultivate students' good moral sentiments and various abilities through individual activities, and educate them in various activities. At the same time, I did not miss any opportunity for education and received good results. Therefore, from this topic, I have a deeper understanding of the students. At the same time, we can see that each person has different feelings about the meaning of the children. The third point should be to pay attention to the mental health of students. I think that every child will not be perfect, especially for the small group of Taomei three classes who have entered the vocational technical school. Psychologically, it is inevitable that there will be such shortcomings. These psychological weaknesses often lead to students' various behavioral problems, such as emotional and behavioral disorders: throwing a classmate's drawing in the classroom, or scratching their skin with a knife in the studio... Students with good academic performance are loved by any teacher, because it is easy to achieve results in their work, and teachers are easy to achieve a sense of accomplishment. Some students have invested a lot of energy but the results are not significant. So it is easy to become a problem student's problem is not solved, and even more problems. In this regard, I still encourage them by educating them. A student who likes to be late, I can't just ask him not to be late, and he will definitely be a bad old man at their age. You must communicate patiently and meticulously to understand the story behind the lateness. When dealing with problem students, it is also the time to test the patience of our young class teachers.

For problem students, such as fascination with the Internet, like to smoke, and play with the classmates at a loss... their advantages will be more prominent than the students who have always been serious. I have always thought that the children who really paint are not the kind of people who are immersed in hard work every day. The children who really paint have an innate artistic talent. This talent is an invincible force when the art work is born. . But there are often talented children who will always make mistakes here. There are such children in the three classes. There are a few minor problems, but in the profession, they are serious and serious. They will show you innocent smiles: "Teacher, I know that I am the best in our class! Haha..." At that moment, I really felt that all the sunshine was brilliant. Sometimes I was really touched by the attachment that they had at a young age.

For the so-called problem students, I will guide them more patiently and give them more care and love. I have been working hard on this difficult task...

The key to quality education is to shift from regular education to successful education. Successful education refers to those students who are deviated from the psychological behaviors that are affected by bad environment and encourage them to achieve successful education. For example, the study committee of our class is such a student. For students who have problems in their families and their own habits, general preaching and daily education are hard to work. Therefore, I will try to avoid staring at their shortcomings, try to search for their highlights and strengthen them. two. Pay attention to management art

During the semester, I was like a full-time babysitter. I took the students from morning to night, and the daily hygiene, discipline, and learning, so that the division of labor, supervision, and inspection were all done by me. .

Under my meticulous "care", my class is still stable, and students are very accustomed to my management. But this led to a result: I was exhausted around the students all day long; the students were very dependent on me; without my reminder and supervision, the students could not get up on time; the values ​​would not be cleaned. Hygiene; when I am away, the disciplines and health of the dormitory, classroom, and studio are not guaranteed; the cadres have nothing to do under my management, and they are ineffective...

How can this happen? I have seriously reflected on this and finally realized that the student's heavy dependence is still caused by my comprehensive management. My excessive hard work has led to the laziness of the students. If this continues in the long run, especially the school is still preparing to implement closed management in the next semester. By that time, the most likely result is that the teacher is exhausted, and the students' consciousness, autonomy and management level are not exercised and improved. I don't think I can go on like this anymore. I must do the opposite.

At the beginning of the next semester, I have to focus on the following aspects:

Timely replacement of incompetent class cadres;

Extensively soliciting student opinions, the class cadres formulate practical and practical class rules and regulations that suit the class, so that students can understand what to do at different times and in different places, and what should not be done;

Clarify the responsibilities of each class cadre, require each responsibility, and truly play the functions of the class cadres;

Clarify the reward and punishment measures, make a rating every month, the worst and best selection; develop the class "Glory List" and "Critical Column".

I will greatly mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the students, so that my chores will be reduced and the students' sense of responsibility will be strengthened. Of course, all measures still need the support of the school system. Only the above policies are implemented tough, and we as the most basic managers can play their own light and heat in the future work.

One semester, I found that our group of non-teacher-born teachers are very hard and hard. We don't have a formatted approach, this is one reason, the other - I think it's because we treat students as their own children; and professional teacher-like teachers just treat students as a job, as a task Come on. Although I didn't have much experience when I left the campus, I will pay more hard work than the teacher of the teacher class, and I will take more care of my students.
