Let the students understand that doing a good job in health work is a great event for the class to win. According to my memory, during the semester, Yuan teacher may not have the name of our class because of class hygiene. The students are particularly excited and proud of this.

Second, set up a suitable value day team.

There are 68 students in our class. They are a big class in the grade. They have a large number of people and have certain advantages in health work. Under the premise of the advantage, this semester, I made a reasonable match according to the student's personality habits, the difference between men and women. Make sure that each team member is moderately male and female, and the merits and demerits are moderate. At the same time, in order to prevent problems with loopholes, I also made it concrete and detailed, such as sweeping the floor, mopping the floor, dumping garbage, arranging tables and chairs, switching the door and window power supply, etc., all responsible for the person, each performing his duties. It avoids the phenomenon that students do not close the window and forget to lock the door after school. However, some minor problems must not be ignored. We all know that modern children are only children, they are spoiled from childhood, lacking the quality of hard work and hard work. Many children not only do not work, but also do not like labor.
