The class teacher is the organizer and leader of the class. Class cadres are the effective thief of the class teacher . They are the backbone of class management. In order to let them play the main force and radiation, I will affirm their responsibility and enthusiasm for work in a timely manner, and always ask them to lead by example and learn to shape their own classes. At the same time, class cadres will be held regularly to study the situation and problems in the class within one week, and determine the tasks and priorities for next week. The teacher must patiently look for the students to talk and do their ideological work.
