This semester, I continue to serve as the class teacher of Class 3 in XX grade. I mainly did the following work:

First, starting from the norm, correct the student's learning attitude.

At the beginning of the new semester, I found that there were a group of students who were disciplined, slowed down in life, did not like to study, and had poor collective ideas. I use the behavior to develop education classes to organize students to study the "Standards of Daily Behavior of Primary School Students", combine the implementation of the school's routine education, analyze the characteristics of the class, formulate the behavioral norms of learning, discipline, health, etc., and use all opportunities to praise Obey discipline, be diligent and eager to learn, care for the collective students, and set a positive example for the whole class. By doing so, students are encouraged to develop good behavior. Strengthen pre- and extra-curricular discipline, find problems, and immediately point out that patient induction.

Second, formulate learning objectives.

Since the test results of the last semester were not very satisfactory, at the beginning of the semester, I worked with the students to set the learning goals for the semester, and always used the goals to measure and constrain the students. For example, Zhang Kaiming and Zhang Haoyuan are very concerned about the group, but they often talk in class. It is not very good to get along with classmates. So I talked to them, affirmed his strengths, and often combined education with their goals. Great change, learning is very positive. Every time I make a mistake, I patiently teach and make people know their mistakes. I also know that students should be modest, unite and cooperate with each other. To form a good collective, we must start from ourselves.

Third, attach importance to the construction of class work style.

Modern education theory tells us that to organize a successful class, the class teacher must first select some students who are good at learning, strong sense of responsibility, and willing to serve the students to serve as team cadres, to train and educate them, and to become role models for their classmates. Drive other students to keep making progress, form the correct collective opinion and excellent class style.

Enhance the cohesiveness of the class.

The collective is produced in the activity, the big collective is like this, and the small collective is the same. I organized a mutual help and mutual learning activity. In the study, good students bring poor students; discipline reminds each other; labor life helps each other. Through activities, the positive influence of class cadres among classmates will be expanded, and the spirit of collaboration and group awareness among classmates will be strengthened through activities. Implement a class quantitative management system.

The formation of this system is mainly for the problems generated by the students in the final stage, and it is also convenient for the students to give a fair and open evaluation, and by the way, as a selection of excellent standards.

Quantitative content design sports, morality, health, learning, homework, discipline, six aspects, according to the weight and weight respectively set the deduction criteria, and the person responsible for the addition and subtraction of the score, so that students can always restrain themselves, through the implementation of more than half a month In terms of the situation, the effect has improved significantly. I think that after a long period of persistence, we will be able to form a good atmosphere.

Fourth, efforts to change after the students.

1. Firstly, actively understand the students, understand the characteristics of the students, dig out the shining points from the students, and give correct guidance. In the classroom, pay more attention to the underachievers and respect the undergraduates. The main activity place for students in the school is the classroom, and the position is used. 2. Contact the parents and do a good job in the connection between the home and the school. Many parents hate iron and steel, and criticize and accuse them. In order to let parents understand their learning situation, timely through the school communication or telephone contact, strengthen communication with parents, and strive for parental support.

Fifth, strengthen the cultivation of students' learning behavior habits.

This semester strengthens the cultivation of students' study habits. For example, students have low ability to distinguish things, learn to be lazy, and are less competitive. Some students have repeatedly violated discipline.
