This semester I served as the class teacher for the second grade. There were 53 students in the class. One student was transferred out because of the reason. In view of the above actual situation of the class , I seriously implemented the requirements of quality education in the work of the class teacher , and paid close attention to the growth of each student, mainly from five aspects: ideological and moral, disciplineal health, learning attitude, and group activities and transformation of undergraduates. The work of the class is summarized as follows:
I. Ideology and morality
The class is the basic unit for the school to carry out education and teaching activities. The spirit of the class reflects the spirit of the school. Therefore, the class work has a long way to go. The work of the class should start from the ideological and moral education of the students, and it must be Unremitting. A considerable part of the students in the class have a lack of correct learning attitude and a weak organizational concept. In the final analysis, they are still ideology and morality. They simply and rudely solve problems by snoring. In the long run, a vicious circle has formed. To this end, I convened a meeting of cadres and cadres to unify understanding, with the main means of praise and encouragement, to help these students from the action, and to raise awareness and awareness in the whole class and to carry out activities that are friendly with classmates. Second, disciplined health
At the beginning of the school, the class was poorly disciplined, and the health work was not in place. It was often difficult to be quiet in self-study and garbage everywhere. How can such disciplined health ensure the learning effect? To this end, while working with cadres and cadres, I and the cadres of the cadres, taking the discipline and health work as the starting point, guiding the students to put their ideological understanding into practice, implementing the cadre responsibility system of the cadres, and rewarding and punishing the poor. Judging from the actual implementation situation, the changes in discipline and health conditions are not smooth sailing. In particular, some students have poor collective ideas and often speak in the classroom. Through the joint efforts of one semester, the discipline of our class has obviously improved, and it has been affirmed by the teachers and praised by the moral education department; the health work has also been greatly improved, and the environment inside and outside the classroom has been completely renewed.
Third, learning attitude
The core task of the students in the school is to learn the various cultural courses. With good discipline and beautiful environmental hygiene as a guarantee, it is more conducive to doing daily learning activities. However, due to the generally poor academic performance of our class, most students are less enterprising about learning, and have passed, and some students have no intention to learn, often disturbing classroom discipline, resulting in the inability to carry out the normal work. The daily work is mainly carried out from the aspects of class listening and homework completion. The team works in part, and the team scores in the class.
