This semester I continue to work as a class teacher for the sixth class . For the physical and psychological characteristics of this year's students, I let the children learn and live in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. At the same time, regular training of various behaviors is carried out, so that students can understand themselves and form good behavior habits. In the teaching of Chinese class, thinking class, psychological education and other courses, we should first set an example and establish a good image of teachers, let students from the likes of teachers, like to learn to the last favorite school, consciously cultivate students' collective consciousness and music awareness. In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching while reducing the burden of students' work, students can develop a benign learning habit.

As the class teacher , I have done the following work in class management:

1. On the same day, the day is resolved, and the students’ mistakes and individual phenomena should be corrected and dealt with in a timely manner, so that the students can understand what is right and what should not be done, and cultivate students’ judgment ability, which also plays a warning role for the whole class. .

2 Regular education is often caught. The sixth grade students were naughty because of the longer re-education. I always think that I am very big and nothing. In response to this, I have a regular education. Such as: the road team to leave school, go to school, go to the school, say hello to the teacher, chase after class.

3. Use all available time for regular behavioral education. Make full use of the lunch meeting, the 5 minutes before class, and the time of the class to strengthen the education of students' behavior.

4. Train the backbone of the class and assist in class management. In the class, the system of duty squadrons is implemented, so that every student can try to manage the hard work of the class, and thus more consciously listen to the management of the class cadres.

5. Actively cooperate with the work of the school and carry out a variety of activities to enrich our lives. In the collective life of the class, we insist on designing and carrying out colorful team activities with the Young Pioneers as the core. Such as: theme class meetings, learning competitions, group competitions, skipping competitions, singing activities, etc., so that each student can exercise more in practice and develop their talents. Try to make the whole class unite like a big family. Everyone is constantly making progress, and the whole group will continue to improve. Students help each other in the collective, learn from each other, encourage each other, improve their academic performance, and form a good academic atmosphere.

The character of the class teacher is not only to teach the students, but to conduct a comprehensive education. Such as moral education, classroom routine education, health labor education, etc. The purpose is to make students become a person who is fully developed in virtue, intelligence, and body. This requires the head teacher to start from the physical and mental health of the students, comprehensive, systematic, and planned training and education for the students. Students' learning mood is high, interest is strong, and it also creates a good learning atmosphere. There is no end to progress, and we still need to work hard.
