Guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and General Secretary Jiang’s important thinking of the "Three Represents", comprehensively implement the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and follow the archives spirit of the District Education Union and the District Education Women Workers Committee, and work around the education and teaching center of our school. I. Strengthen the construction of the female faculty and staff and continue to carry out the “Strong Sustainability Project”
1. Carry out study and education activities, improve the thinking of women workers, carefully organize women workers to study political theory, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, and learn the spirit of the 16th Party Congress.
Organizing female employees to study "Chongqing China's Small Teachers' Professional Ethics Standards" and "China's Small Teachers' Behaviors in Fuling District", "Fuling District Chinese Teachers' Moral Standards and Assessment Standards", etc. Standardize the teaching behavior, teach and educate people, be a teacher, carry out activities to learn from Wang Zhengxing, establish the spirit of "love, dedication, dedication" and carry out the theme essay activities under the inspiration of Wang Zhengxing's deeds. Write Wang Zhengxing's deeds and experience 18 essays.
Carry out female student reading activities. Organize female workers to study the "Women's Rights Protection Law" and other books, earnestly carry out the "four-self" education, and enhance the awareness of female teachers and staff to strive for excellence.
2. Carry out female business skill competitions and raise the awareness of women workers in science and technology. The Women Workers' Committee cooperates with the school to carry out activities such as full teacher training, teaching and research reform, and continuing education. Through the basic skills of teachers, quality courses, computer skills competitions, and women's activities, the enthusiasm of female employees will be mobilized and enhanced, the business skills and competitiveness of female employees will be improved, and the vitality, cohesiveness and influence of women workers' organizations will be enhanced.
3. Carry out the evaluation activities of “Five Good Civilized Family” to improve the morality and civilization of female teachers and staff. This year, a total of 7 district-level Wuhao civilized families and 13 schools were evaluated.
4. Carry out good warm-up activities, offer love to the sisters, and donate a total of 540 yuan to the poor female faculty and female students. Timely visit the sick female faculty members Xue Xingping, Peng Shufen, Yu Shuming and so on.
5. Do a good holiday celebration and carry out celebrations such as “Three, Eight”, “Five, One”, Teacher's Day and National Day.
Second, highlight maintenance responsibilities and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women workers in accordance with the law
1. Seriously organize women workers to study the Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, the Marriage Law, and the Measures for the Implementation of Labor Protection for Women Workers in Chongqing, etc., to enhance the legal awareness of women workers and improve the self-protection ability of women workers.
2. Caring for the hardships of female employees, actively solving problems for women workers, and doing a good job in mediating the contradictions of faculty and staff.
3. Play the role of female employee representatives in democratic participation, management, and supervision.
Third, strengthen the construction of women workers' organizations and improve the overall quality of women workers
1. Carry out the reading activities of female workers and cadres.
2. Establish a joint meeting system with the school administration to solve the difficulties and hot issues involving the legitimate rights and interests of female employees and special interests.
3. Carry out work competitions for female employees, and select and commend advanced individuals.
4. Establish and improve the working files of women workers, and complete the tasks assigned by superiors on time.
