Summary of the standardization work of community trade unions in 2019
Around the work center Serving the community construction Our xx community trade union is the pilot unit of the community trade union standard determined by the district general labor union . It has formally established three trade union organizations: the community organ union , the Chutian supermarket union and the catering union group. There are 57 union members. Under the guidance of the relevant spirit of the higher authorities, under the guidance of the leaders of the trade unions at all levels and with the support of the community party organizations, the work of the Qing’an community trade unions has been carried out in a sound manner, achieving the goal of “organizing and effectively safeguarding rights”, which has effectively promoted the community. The economic development of the enterprises under its jurisdiction and the process of building community civilization have truly played a role as a bridge and link to the people.
First, the standardization of archives has fully prepared for the development of community trade union work. In order to meet the requirements of community standardization construction in the new era, we archived the archives and materials of community trade union work, and established four archives of archive files, organization files, activity files and mechanism construction. The standardized archiving work makes us further realize that the community trade union work is a long-term, long-term, continuous work. Only when our work is regularized and standardized can we effectively play the role of the trade unions in our community and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
Second, the organization of the network has laid a solid foundation for the development of community trade union work. In order to further improve the construction of community trade union organizations, we have realized the network management of the “three members of the “members – enterprise trade unions – community trade unions ”. The chairman of the trade union of our xx community was served by the party branch secretary of the community, Bax, which strengthened the power of the trade union organization. On the basis of last year, we further improved the basic work of “eight-six-six-wall-mounted three-card”. In fact, there was a Qing’an community trade union plaque in front of the door. The office space was fixed in the Qing’an community and a community-institutional union was established. Chutian Pingyuan Supermarket Union , catering industry joint trade union team member files, sound organization, trade union seals are well preserved, work plans are clear, activities have archives, purchases of trade union work laws, regulations and business books; Institutional chart, organization sequence diagram, work system, trade union duties and basic tasks, trade union chairman duties, work team leader duties. We have realized the networking of community union work, which has enabled our community's staff activities to have places and speak to their families, laying a solid foundation for the development of trade union work.
Third, the activities are regular, creating a good working atmosphere for the development of community trade union work. In order to activate the role of our community unions , we first launched the “good unions ” activities. Under the leadership of the trade union chairman Bax, all members of the trade union organizations at all levels intensified their theoretical studies and constantly improved their own worldviews. The correct value perspective enhances competition awareness. While improving their own temperament, the trade union staff actively guides the enterprises under their jurisdiction to carry out the "double love and double evaluation" activities. In the "Double Love and Double Evaluation" campaign, employees are more aware that only their own efforts can contribute to the development of enterprises. Only the development of enterprises can have their own living space. It is necessary for the business operators to understand that only employees who love the employees can mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees. Only by loving the employees can the enterprises be competitive. The launch of the "Double Love and Double Evaluation" campaign has enabled the staff to firmly establish the spirit of dedication and respect, and enhance the sense of responsibility of the employees. Promote the overall improvement of the staff. In order to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of employees, we have also carried out a variety of cultural and sports activities that are popular among employees. During the National Day this year, our xx community hosted the National Day concert. The community leaders delivered a warm speech. Through singing activities, they enriched the amateur spiritual life of the employees, showed the elegance of our Qing’an community workers, and strengthened the patriotic education. Let them devote more enthusiasm to work.
Fourth, the mechanism is perfected and the tasks of the community trade unions are fully completed. In order to better safeguard the public and economic interests of the employees, our xx community trade unions held the first place in accordance with the " Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant regulations of the Wuhan Municipality on the implementation of the Staff Representative Conference system in non-public enterprises and institutions. At the meeting of the Workers' Congress, the draft implementation rules of the Qinghai Community Regional Staff Representative Conference were reviewed and approved, and the draft xx community regional collective contract was reviewed and approved, and the draft xx community regional wage agreement was reviewed and approved. In the warm and friendly atmosphere, the regional collective contract and wage agreement of the xx community trade union was signed. Really achieved the goal of “organizing and effectively safeguarding rights” and comprehensively completed the tasks of our community unions this year. The trade union work of our xx community has a certain gap because of the late start and lack of experience. In the future work, we will work harder to learn from advanced units and make our community union work better.
