I. Summary of work for 2019:
Guided by the important thinking of the "Three Represents", we will continue to improve the overall standard of trade union work by taking the opportunity of studying and propagating the " Trade Union Law".
1. The second meeting of the second committee was held to summarize and review the trade union work of the province last year, and the year-round work of the trade union was deployed this year. At the meeting, the provincial capital and the municipal telecom trade unions signed a responsibility letter for the 2019 work target, decomposed and quantified the work tasks, strengthened the target management of the grassroots trade unions , and ensured the completion of the annual tasks. The Provincial Telecommunications Union Funds Review Committee also held a meeting to review the financial situation of the province's trade unions last year and the financial budget for this year.
2. Emphasis on the study and propaganda work of the newly revised Trade Union Law. At the beginning of the year, the provincial association organized all grassroots trade unions in the province to participate in the " Trade Union Law" knowledge contest held by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. The province's 6,723 people participated in the competition; in December, the province's telecom employees will participate in the Anhui Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. 3. Conducted a survey on the ideological status of employees of Anhui Telecom Corporation. The Provincial Department of Ideological and Political Work of the Provincial Association carried out a questionnaire survey on employee mentality in the province. The contents of the questionnaire survey include four aspects: the reform and development of employees on telecommunications companies, the current competitive situation and competitive environment faced by China Telecom and Anhui Telecom, and the views on telecommunications external services and corporate democratic politics. The three-level manager of the province's main business and the following personnel participated in the questionnaire survey. In this survey, 11031 questionnaires were sent out, and 10259 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 93%. After careful statistics, a written investigation report was formed. Anhui Telecom Industrial Group Co., Ltd. also carried out this activity. A total of 1664 questionnaires were distributed, 1609 copies were recovered, and the recovery rate reached 96.7%. 1436 valid questionnaires formed a written investigation report.
Adhere to the principle of equal consultation, collective contract system and employee representative conference, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and continuously promote the building of democratic politics.
1. Further standardize the signing of the collective contract of the province's telecommunications system. 2. Conscientiously implement the “Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Workers' Congress of Anhui Telecom Enterprises” issued by the provincial party group. 3. Strengthened the work of corporate affairs disclosure. According to the special inspection of the business disclosure work carried out by the provincial company in the province last year, the enterprise disclosure method was revised according to the problems found in the inspection, and the “Implementation Measures for the Enterprise Affairs Openness of Anhui Telecom Company” was issued.
