Due to changes in teaching work, I worked as a fifth-grade teaching and research team leader this semester. The fifth grade has special teaching tasks. Because students are faced with graduation, how to carry out effective teaching in the case of short time and heavy tasks is a topic we often discuss together, because the current fifth grade textbook has deep content and many knowledge points. We must also consider alleviating the burden on students, so we often have different opinions on the handling of some problems, and sometimes we are arguing over the disunity of opinions, but we will not create any contradictions because of disputes, because we have a common The starting point is for the students.
Classroom teaching is the main front for improving the quality of teaching . We are even more sloppy. Therefore, we will often exchange the methods and methods of classroom teaching together. What new ideas are there? For some unreasonable ideas, everyone will also put forward their own opinions. For example, in the demonstration class of the teaching and research team leader, I coached the "Little Girl Selling Matches" lesson. After the lecture, everyone commented on the class. In the class evaluation, there was no false praise, no cover, and every teacher proposed. My own pertinent opinions, my own ideas for the shortcomings in my design, help me to perfect this lesson, precisely because there is no such thing as "taking care of face, being a good old man" in our group, everyone can be unscrupulous The openness of the class finally made my class a good result.

Every teacher in our group subscribes to an educational publication. Each issue of the publication is hand-finished, and the teachers are eager to read. No matter who is in the group, as long as you see some articles with deep feelings, you can promptly recommend it to other teachers to read, share resources, complement each other, let members in the group know some information about the frontier of education reform, and go out to class. The teacher who is studying can timely convey the advanced teaching concepts learned to other members of the group.
The Internet not only provides us with a broad learning space, but also provides us with a wide range of teaching and research space. The fast, convenient and efficient network teaching and research attracts us to actively participate in online teaching and research activities. Because we also undertake the teaching of the product society class, we have to prepare two courses. We will look for information and do courseware separately. I remember that it was the first Ching Ming Festival holiday. I spent three days in the school and met at school. President Li is working overtime, because she is an expert in the class.
