Looking back at the work of this semester, every member of the teaching and research group is conscientious and down-to-earth. According to the teaching work plan at the beginning of the period, taking the new curriculum reform as an opportunity, guided by the basic concepts of the new curriculum standards, changing the concept of teaching , starting from the norm, purposeful, planning, step-by-step curriculum reform experiments, strengthening the classroom Teaching reform research to comprehensively improve the level of Chinese language teaching and the quality of Chinese teaching .
1. Learn new curriculum standards and change the educational concept of teachers. During the semester, our entire group of teachers continued to carry out the "one person, one lesson" full-time class activities, carry out effective learning and research activities, and use advanced educational concepts to support deepening education reform and change the traditional teaching mode. Teachers infiltrated the concept of the new curriculum standard into teaching , focusing on cultivating students' awareness of cooperation and innovation and practicing innovation ability, paying attention to and respecting the needs of students, and cultivating students' self-learning ability.
2. Create opportunities for language teachers to participate in various types of continuing education and outings. Let the teachers feel the new curriculum language in the big environment, accept the teacher's edification, learn the teaching art of the advanced teachers, and immediately exchange and share with other language teachers after returning to school, and re-learn. .
3. This semester uses electronic preparation. In the lesson preparation, teachers can pay attention to the reflection of the teaching process. After each lesson, the teachers carefully reflect on the teaching process, write down the feelings of teaching in a timely manner, pay attention to post-teaching reflection, and consider their own teaching work from a deep level. Write a reflection on quality teaching .
4. Chinese teachers can actively participate in various educational and teaching evaluation activities at all levels, and can actively participate in educational research, continuously improve their literary accomplishments and enrich their cultural heritage.
5. The language group teachers in this semester also achieved good results in participating in relevant activities in the county. In the county's full-time teacher reading activities, Wu’s teacher’s “I Love the Big Love” and Clark’s “Why Live” were written by the Teacher Development Center. "Pingyang Teacher" was published in the 4th issue of 2019. In the county “ teaching reflection” evaluation activity, Kong’s “Docking Life, Comprehension Text” won the second prize, Wu’s teacher’s “The Sun is everyone’s, the classroom is the student’s” and Liu’s teacher’s Mei Wenmei Reading also won the third prize.
