Secondly, my direction is a bit unclear. The company's current turnover of machine tools and equipment can be said to be quite good, and the number of people and the scope is wide. Moreover, in Beijing, this salesman has low qualifications. I can say no one knows me. More, it is because of this, there are also a few lack of decisiveness that led to the loss of several businesses. However, welding and cutting sheet metal is indeed a weak item of the company, and it is a welding profession that you are learning. It is also considered to have some advantages. Why don't you put the main attack direction at this level? The important thing is how to send out customers and open new customers! This is the key to the problem! Most of the people who used to run in the past were some small and medium-sized enterprises. Is it time to re-screen it?
