Time flies, join the game for a month. In the past month, I have been busy and fulfilling every day.

Since I was not in the field of automation before, I don't know enough about the product model and industry information. I would like to thank the company's seniors for their enthusiastic guidance.

First of all, I report the performance of my near-end time. Due to the groping of the industry, the performance is not satisfactory. At present, I have signed a total of 21,376.22 yuan. In the future, I will pay more attention to strengthening product knowledge and pay attention to collecting industry information.

Followed by the problems I encountered in my work, because I just started to contact automation, I may have more problems. The most common is the unfamiliarity with the discount system. For example, I only knew the discount of 140plc before, but I don’t know 140 different models. The discount is not the same, so I almost signed the wrong contract. Fortunately, the sales manager Zhang Nan discovered it in time. I will pay more attention to this and hope to improve in the course of my work.

Secondly, my sales target from now to the year, the winter is the off-season of the electrical industry, but I hope that through the efforts to complete the company's mission, reach 200,000 per month. My strategy is to pay attention to every customer who calls the company, the fastest and most accurate quotation for customers, and then focus on the development of new customers, in-depth development of old customers and customers in the low-voltage industry before me.

Finally, due to experience, I am inevitably mistaken or inadequate in my work. I ask colleagues to point out and guide them in time. I will work hard to complete the performance under the guidance of the company policy and the sales person in charge, and strive to complete the performance, just like the slogan put forward by our sales department last week: fight! ! !

Time flies, and in the twinkling of an eye, it has reached the end of 2019. In this year, I got praises and mistakes in my work. I will do a summary of the work in 2009.

I have recently joined the company this year. Thanks to the leadership and trust, I am in charge of a big and seamless business. At first, I am worried that because I am young, I will not do well and live up to the expectations of the leaders, but it is also because of me. Young, energetic, and hardworking, I gradually adapted to the company's work, quickly entered the work, and finally, with the help of my colleagues and my own efforts, although did not make the big seamless performance, but in other aspects I have achieved a certain amount of results and I have learned a lot from it.

I won the honor of the best employee in the previous period. This is the recognition of the work of the company and the leaders. It is also an incentive for me. In the future work, I will ask myself more rigorously and do my best to make the work. Better, get the big seamless performance as soon as possible.

In this year's work, I also made some mistakes. After the criticism and education of the leaders, I was deeply impressed. I will never fall in the same place in the future. This has become a valuable asset in my life.
