Have a preliminary understanding of the sales and business of the map, and actively enter the classroom lectures, conference reports and seminar reports. I am deeply interested in the mode of Dulangkou and the management and cultural content behind the Dulangkou model. While seeing the long personal charm of President Cui and Li, I deeply feel the long-term significance of my work. And secretly set the goal of promoting the efficient classroom mode as the main line of his career. Combining the shortcomings of the current traditional Chinese classroom, I feel that it is very meaningful to use my remaining life for education and to promote and apply effective classrooms. This stage, which is the first stage of my visit to Dulangkou, was deeply impressed by the charm of our company, Dulangkou Middle School and the significance of promoting efficient classrooms. The curriculum reform is imperative!

From June to August 2019, I mainly cooperated with Comrade Zhang Zhaoke to carry out seminars and do some transactional specific work. I took this opportunity to enter the classroom of Dulangkou and the report of the seminar. The new semester began in September-September 2019. At the beginning of this semester, I was led by my master. In addition to doing a good job, I actively asked for the opening report of the seminar, because I was thinking about doing an education. It has always been my dream and pursuit with "preaching". I exchanged my thoughts with him several times. He also felt very good. So I sorted out my own ideas. With the strong support of Comrade Shen Li, I had my own training course for the course. November 2019 - Now, although I know what they want, they are quite satisfied with my work, and my relationship with the school teachers and students is getting more and more harmonious. However, I learned that many teachers have limited their attention to the preparation of the guiding case. This is understandable, but they have neglected the students' enthusiasm and the main course of the curriculum reform. During the period of November 20-22, I went to Dongguan Humen. Before the report on the 22nd, I suddenly knew what I should give to my students. And the contents of the report were immediately revised, and the enthusiasm of the teachers and the first time they came to the scene have changed dramatically. At first they might think that they paid for it, always looking at us with a critical eye, but then it was different. I am deeply impressed by how valuable my own profession and patents are. With the strong backing of the company and Du Langkou, I have the opportunity to stage. What makes me feel the deepest is that "development is the greatest dignity!" "The enthusiasm of the students cannot be mobilized, and the management of the supporting facilities is not in place. The teaching of the tutorials is also inconspicuous." This is my 96. The original words on the opening report, I found that more often we introduced the students into the misunderstanding. At the same time, I found that the teacher who came to Dulangkou had an inappropriate analogy. Just like our adults took their children to the supermarket, they didn't necessarily want them. They couldn't buy Erguotou to go home. This is the fifth stage, the entry point: I have summarized a series of entry points for Du Langkou, such as "small display", "climbing blackboard", "group formation", "meeting". According to the actual conversion situation, some road maps for efficient classroom implementation under normal circumstances are introduced. At this stage, the teachers felt that they had found the starting point to go back to work. During this period, Du Langkou’s teacher gave me the reports and exchanges that he couldn’t take care of because of his busy work. What a great trust! The most impressive one was the Gansu Education Department. After the lecture, the teachers who were present had to take the courseware, and all kinds of u-disks were handed over to me no less than 30 on the spot.

This school year is coming to an end, but our work is still going on and will continue. I see that more schools are learning the difficulties of Dulangkou not in the learning itself, and the difficulties are in their consciousness. Therefore, changing the concept of teachers and even principals and leaders in the education sector has become a top priority.
