Marketing Section Work Items
1. Sales status of white billet: The actual sales volume is 24.4 million meters, the equivalent meter number is 32.65 million meters, the achievement rate is 90.7%; the sales amount is 137 million yuan, and the achievement rate is 114.4%.
2. Sales status of finished products: At the same time that the sales target of white blanks in this department was basically completed, the sales of finished products also achieved certain results. The sales of rice was 360,000 meters and the sales amount was 3.45 million yuan.
3. The annual sales of 15d and 20d fabrics totaled 2.59 million meters, equivalent to 5.56 million meters of rice, and sales of 19.6 million yuan, accounting for 14.3% of total sales .
4. In 2019, the marketing department was able to change its concept and focus on the maintenance of order-based customers, which not only improved the profit margin, but also exceeded the sales target by 14.4%.
5. Our department can grasp the key information of customers in time, such as cnt231001 cloth type, can understand the customer's demand and feedback to the company in the first time. Under the correct decision of the company leader, we will complete the sales of the number of meters. It is 3.24 million meters, equivalent to 3.93 million meters of rice, and the sales amount is 23.35 million yuan.

6. Assist in the coordination and communication between sales and production and delivery of textile mills.
7. Assist the leaders in the pricing of raw materials for each period according to the price of raw materials and market changes.
8. Completion of the accounting and preliminary examination of the price of high-tech dyeing and finishing blanks for textile sales .
9. Complete the audit of the quotation and delivery date of each business division.
10. According to the collected market information and customer needs, complete the development task of the new cloth developed by the leader, and manage the promotion of the new cloth species.
There are problems in the second department. Looking back at 2019, although there are achievements, there are still some shortcomings in the departmental work. The following analysis is done:
1. The sales volume of white blanks was only 90.7%, and the target of the headquarters was not achieved by 100%.
2. In the second half of the year, the control of the payment was insufficient, resulting in more overdue accounts. As of December 31, 2019, the annual return rate was only 84%.
3. The sales volume of several market customers has decreased by a large margin compared with last year.
In the light of the next year's work plan, I have been working in Taihua for the eighth year. I sincerely thank the company's leaders for their trust and training over the years. Thank you for your support and help. In 2019, all members of our marketing department will work together to focus on the following aspects:

1. Sales : The annual sales of white billet is equivalent to 36 million meters, with sales of 120 million yuan; finished products sales of 500,000 meters and sales of 5 million yuan.
2. Focus on sales : Focus on order-based customers. At the same time, increase the sales of 15d and 20d cloths on the basis of last year. The sales of the project is equivalent to 7.5 million meters and the sales volume is 25 million yuan.
3, the payment of goods: strict control of super-currency, reduce the occurrence of 3-6 months of overdue.
4. Personnel: Further refine and clarify the internal staff's work content and responsibilities, and the marketing department will subdivide the group to improve the sense of ownership of each member.
5, customer maintenance: monthly development of the visit plan, so that the old customers' orders are not missed, and at the same time do a good job in after-sales service and market information collection.

6. Develop accounting standards for the price of fixed weaving fabrics to make the quotation more rational.
7. Proactively collect information from each business department, and at the same time, assist the leaders to flexibly arrange the factory to start with the market situation, and make reasonable adjustments to the inventory of each type of cloth.
8. Actively participate in the development plan provided by the leader, find more information, give ideas, and work hard to complete subsequent development issues.
