Next, I did the practice-feedback-practice loop training. Deliberate practice is an error-centered exercise. The practitioner must establish extreme sensitivity to the error. Once you find yourself wrong, you will feel very uncomfortable and practice until you correct it.

Whether it's a simulation exercise or a class lecture, I started to record the film of my own speech. Go home and watch these videos again and again. In the beginning, I saw that I was not used to it in the film, and I found that many places that I thought I did well before were actually not. Like most people who have not been trained in broadcasting and physical training, when it comes to excitement, I will wave my arms so much that I can't see my face on the lens.
