Part 1: Recruitment duties

1. According to the company's human resources planning, assist the department manager to establish and improve the company's various staff recruitment systems and policies, and make timely adjustments and revisions as needed;

2. Assist the department manager in formulating the employee recruitment plan according to the company's human resource planning and the human resource demand plan of each department;

3. Conduct internal and external analysis of human resources and employee needs surveys on a regular or irregular basis, and conduct employee needs analysis;

4. Utilize the company's various favorable resources, organize the development and improvement of various human resources recruitment channels, and release recruitment information;

5. Assist department managers to organize recruitment work;

6. According to the company's human resources planning, set the post status, conduct work analysis, prepare and update the job description in time;

7. Complete other tasks assigned directly by the superior.


Part 2: Recruitment Officer Job Responsibilities

The Recruiter is responsible for publishing and managing recruitment information, pre-employment testing, resume screening, organization recruitment, employee personnel procedures, employee file management and update, etc., related to recruitment, human resources, labor economy, psychology, management and other related majors. Bachelor degree or above, with human resources related certification, those who are familiar with the operational procedures of human resources management affairs can apply for this position, and the future development trend will become the human resources manager or hiring manager. Can be specifically refined into the following points:

1. Conduct pre-employment testing and resume screening work;

2. Organize and implement recruitment plans, including notifications and scheduling interviews;

3. All kinds of personnel procedures for employees, including employee recruitment procedures, personnel contract signing, and personnel relationship transfer;

4. Employee file management and timely update;

5. Maintain the relationship with the recruitment channel, release job advertisements in a timely manner, and manage recruitment information.


Part 3: Recruitment Officer Job Responsibilities

1. The work is responsible to the Minister of Human Resources.

3. Responsible for the management of personnel records of employees, and store them according to their branches and departments.

4. Assist the recruitment supervisor in the interview of the employee recruitment, be responsible for the handling of the registration and dismissal procedures, and receive and lead the new employees.

6. Responsible for the issuance and collection of employee survey questionnaires, analysis and summary of survey results, and formation of conclusions.

7. Responsible for statistical summary, report employee attendance monthly report, and handle attendance abnormalities.

8. Responsible for the regular statistics and summary of employee performance appraisal data, report and provide opinions and suggestions on the methods and methods of performance appraisal.

IX. Responsible for the abnormal handling of employee compensation and the follow-up investigation of salary policies, and provide corresponding reports and materials.

X. Responsible for employee skill training programs, supervision and follow-up of skills assessment.
