In order to meet the development needs of China Unicom's communications business, in accordance with the "Contract of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant provisions, Party A and Party B have independently discussed the construction of communication towers and paid use of Party A's venues and houses on the day of the month. Negotiate the following contract terms:

First, the amount of the contract

After Party A and Party B have fully negotiated, the annual fee for the use of Party B’s communication towers and equipment within the jurisdiction of the county post office shall be RMB.

Second, the site requirements used by Party B

1. Party A agrees that Party B shall independently construct the right to use the space of the mobile communication tower and communication equipment in the post office and the venue of Party A;

2. After the signing of this contract, if Party B needs to build a communication tower in Party A's venue, the two parties shall separately negotiate the signing.

3. The period of paid use The two parties have agreed to use the paid period for the year, from the date of the year to the day of the year. Upon expiration of the lease, Party B needs to renew the contract, and may agree with Party A to continue to use the postal venue for compensation.

Fourth, the settlement method

1. Settle by prepaid method;

2. From the date of the effective date of this contract, Party B shall pay one annual paid use fee fee in one day. And transfer the paid use fee to the designated account of Party A;

3. In the future, the paid use fee will be paid to Party A's account from the next day to the next day until the expiration of this contract;

4. In addition to the above fees, Party B shall pay for the use of electricity. The charge shall be charged directly by the branch of the specific power department according to the time limit of the power department and the actual use of electricity. Party B shall deliver it once a quarter, and Party A shall provide an invoice for the electricity fee.

5. The powers and obligations of both parties

(1) Party A's powers and obligations

1. Party B has the right to change the nature of the use of the site and the house during the period of paid use. Party A has the right to terminate the contract and ask Party B to compensate for the loss;

2. During the period of use of Party B, if normal maintenance and repair of communication towers and equipment is required, Party A shall guarantee the free passage of Party B personnel and vehicles;

3. Party A is obliged to have the same power usage rights as Party A in Party B during the paid use period;

(2) Party B's powers and obligations

1. Due to the needs of Party A's work, Party A shall try to avoid the surrounding of the underground tower when building buildings around the communication tower of Party B, so as to avoid the loss of personal property. Party A shall be responsible for the damage to work or property caused by Party A's construction work around Taki;

2. If Party B constructs iron towers or equipment due to work needs, and increases or decreases related facilities, Party A shall first obtain the consent of Party A and inform the specific construction plan and construction period. If Party B takes improper measures due to construction, it will cause work impact or property damage to Party A. Party B is obliged to make compensation within the completion date of the project;

3. When Party B needs to dismantle the fence, house or other buildings around the tower due to construction needs, Party B shall negotiate with Party A on the relevant expenses separately, and pay the compensation first, and then carry out the construction;

4. During the period of use, Party B is obliged to abide by Party A's relevant rules and regulations;

(3) Other powers and obligations of both parties

1. Party B shall pay the paid use fee on time. If the fee cannot be paid on time, in addition to the paid use fee, the late payment fee shall be increased for each more than one day due to the total amount of the paid use fee;

2. If Party A ceases to supply power to Party B for no reason and causes economic losses to Party B, the liquidated damages shall be paid on the basis of the total amount of paid use for each day of power outage;

3. Other breach of contract obligations of both parties shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract law.

Sixth, dispute resolution

In case of other problems, both parties can negotiate to resolve. After the consultation, a supplementary agreement is signed, and the supplementary agreement has the same legal effect as this contract;

The parties choose the first method from the following two ways as a solution to the dispute in this contract.

1. The dispute arising from the performance of this contract shall be settled by the parties through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the Arbitration Commission for arbitration;

2. The dispute arising from the performance of this contract shall be settled by the parties through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the case shall be brought before the people's court.

7. Contract term and number of shares

1. This contract is valid for five years. After the expiration, the contract is automatically terminated. When the contract needs to be renewed, the two parties will negotiate a new contract.

2. This contract is in quadruplicate and each party holds two copies. Effective from the date of signature and seal by both parties.
