In order to adjust the use of real estate in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, Party A is willing to lease the real estate in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, and Party B will voluntarily undertake the contract. According to the relevant regulations on real estate management of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the two parties signed the contract terms through friendly negotiation as follows:

10. 11. If Party B terminates due to Party B's breach of contract, Party A has the right to unilaterally recover the property. Party A shall notify the Building Management Office at the time of closing the house with the certificate issued by the notary office for the termination of the contract.
If Party B does not return the key of the leased property, Party A has the right to enter the property with the staff of the Building Management Office, and the items stored in Party B will be inventoried and used to offset the arrears and other related expenses. It should be returned to Party B.
Party B expresses its pledge to fulfill the contractual provisions and, if there is a breach of contract, completely voluntarily accepts the above-mentioned treatment made by Party A. At the same time, we promise that we will never raise any protests.
12. If Party A fails to pay the rent, management fee and related expenses when the proceeds from the auction of the goods stored in Party B are still not payable, Party A shall be responsible for the payment, and Party A shall have the right to continue to recover from Party B to the liquidation. until.
13. If the lease contract expires or is terminated, Party B must move out and move all the furniture and debris away. 14. When the contract expires, if Party A’s property continues to be rented or sold, Party B shall have priority.
