Article 5 Party A's Rights and Obligations 1. Party A's Rights:
Organize Party B's staff to learn relevant laws and policies, formulate specific regulations for operating according to law, establish and improve various relevant management systems, and have the right to request Party B to comply;
Have the right to supervise and inspect Party B's law-abiding and civilized operation, educate and manage Party B's violation of relevant regulations and the sale of counterfeit and shoddy goods and “hiring and hiring” to deceive consumers, and report to relevant law enforcement agencies;
Have the right to ask Party B to replace the disciplinary personnel.
2. Party A’s obligations:
Strictly implement the "Interim Provisions on the Administration of Rental Counters for Commercial Service Enterprises in _________ City";
Do not terminate the contract in advance and sublet the counter to others;
Responsibility for the loss of compensation for the consequences of Party B’s acts of harming consumers’ interests;

Article 6 Rights and Obligations of Party B 1. The rights of Party B shall enjoy the right to self-management within the business scope approved by the administrative department for industry and commerce;
Party B, who violates the contract provisions and causes losses to Party B, has the right to claim compensation from Party A;
Have the right to resist all kinds of unreasonable requirements of Party A, and can report to relevant departments.
2. Party B is obliged to strictly implement the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Rental Counters for Commercial Service Enterprises in _________ City. The lease counters obviously hang the signs of the lease counters, obey the management of the relevant departments, and consciously abide by the rules and regulations of Party A and maintain Party A. Benefits and reputation;

Comply with national prices and related policies, pay taxes according to the regulations, conduct business in a civilized manner, and ensure that the products sold are returned, replaced, repaired, and the quality of the products is guaranteed.
The care counters and other facilities shall not be damaged. If there is any damage, the entire repair cost or the price compensation shall be borne. Party B shall return the rented counter to the leased party.
