Rent a dive boat and a diver contract
According to the relevant provisions of the Economic Contract Law and the Measures for the Administration of Maritime Transport Market Organizations. The following provisions are formulated for mutual compliance.

1. Party A rents Party B and the personnel to dive according to the construction needs, and rents the diving team task: mainly undertakes underwater engineering operations.
Second, the rental diving group is required to be assigned to each group, and the grounding point of the diving boat group is the port.
Third, the rental fee regulations: negotiated by both parties A and B for each group of monthly rental fees, the monthly fee is settled once a month. They are all settled by the bills of the Shandong Maritime Civil Transport Management Office.
4. Lease term: From the date of the year to the day of the month, if the contract expires, the project continues to be needed, and the contract should be renewed on time, otherwise it will be transferred back to another arrangement.
5. Division of responsibilities in the construction work of the diving team:
1. Party B must cooperate with the diving team personnel and diving equipment in accordance with the contract, and Party B shall be responsible for the safekeeping of the vessels and equipment. Party B shall be responsible for any losses caused by improper operation of Party B's technology during construction operations. However, Party A is responsible for the loss caused by the poor construction equipment and improper operation of Party A.
2. The diving team must obey the transfer of Party A. If Party B’s responsibility or disobedience is transferred and the construction is completed for one day, the rent will be deducted on a daily basis.
3. During the lease period, the diving team shall collect the rental fee due to the weather or other reasons of Party A.
4. The personnel of the diving team shall not leave their duties without authorization. If they are arbitrarily removed, they shall be held accountable and the daily rental fee of each group shall be deducted on schedule.
6. The labor insurance articles and living arrangements of the diving team personnel shall be decided upon by both Party A and Party B. The necessary protective equipment for diving operations shall be uniformly distributed according to the standards of Party A, and Party A of the diving accommodation shall be responsible for the arrangement. Party B is responsible for the cost of living and food supply.
7. The medical expenses of the diving workers shall be the responsibility of Party B. However, Party A shall be responsible for the medical expenses incurred by Party B due to the poor construction or underwater operation of Party A.
8. This contract shall become effective on the date of signing.
9. If there are any unfinished matters, the two parties shall negotiate additional terms in accordance with the "Contract Law" and relevant regulations.
X. This contract is in ten copies, three originals, seven copies, one for each of Party A and Party B, one for the ship management department, and the copy is reported to the bank, the Construction Bank, and the Administration for Industry and Commerce for registration.
