First contract project
Party B provides Party A with a World Wide Web server that uses shared server host resource technology on the international Internet for Party A to publish information. The configuration of the virtual host is described in the attached file of this contract.
Article 2 Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
2-1 Party A's rights and obligations
2-1-1 can use virtual hosts to post information on the international Internet. The content of the information and the placement structure of the file can be determined at its discretion.
2-1-2 can run CGI programs written in languages such as Per1, C, and C++.
2-1-3 Do not distribute unwelcome e-mails or make inappropriate comments in newsgroups; do not run programs or processes not related to the web server, including IRC, NEWSGROUP, and others; may not be related to cgi program development Compilation work; website content must not include: political propaganda, news information, information related to state secrets and security, feudal superstition and obscenity, gambling prize games, dating hotlines, marriage introduction, sexual knowledge, violation of national ethnic and religious policies Information that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others and other content that is detrimental to social order, social order, and public morals; no attempt is made to change the configuration of the system or to undermine the security of the system.

2-1-6 Pay the required fee on time.
2-2 Party B's rights and obligations
2-2-1 provides Party A with a virtual host and performs daily maintenance of the virtual host. Although Party B will perform daily data backup, it does not guarantee that the data on Party A's virtual host will not be lost.
2-2-2 Regular training and free technical consultation will help Party A fully play the role of virtual host.
2-2-3 reserves the right to terminate the operation of Party A's virtual host due to Party A's payment problem, activities prohibited by this contract or other activities not permitted by law and social morality.
2-2-4 is responsible for eliminating the failures caused by non-Participant human operations.
2-2-5 will charge the relevant fees.
The third contract amount
This contract covers the following fees.
3-1 The corresponding fee for virtual hosting. The main configuration of the virtual host used in this contract is detailed in the contract subsidiary file.
3-2 domain registration related fees. To apply for registration of an international top-level domain name or a domestic domain name while renting a virtual host, the international domain name registration fee is RMB 650 per domain name. The domestic domain name registration fee is 300 yuan. For example, if you rent a virtual host and register multiple domain names to point to the host, only one domain name will be charged at this price, and the remaining domain names will be charged according to Party B's advanced domain name registration.
3-3 extended performance software costs. If Party A uses Netscape compatible secure commercial server software, the cost includes: software license fee: 4000 yuan / year usage fee: 300 yuan / month initial installation fee: 2000 yuan; if Party A uses mSQL database, its cost includes database User fee: 2000 yuan / initial installation fee of 2,000 yuan.
The lease time for a virtual host is at least one year.

Article 5 Payment method
At the same time as this contract is signed, Party A shall pay Party B the total amount of the first year of the virtual host, the virtual host initial installation fee and the registered domain name. For the expenses required for the follow-up service, Party B will notify Party A more than one month before the end of the validity period of Party A's previous payment.
Article 6 Term of the contract
This contract is valid for one year and is effective from the date of signing. When the contract expires, if the parties believe that the contract is necessary to extend, the contract is automatically extended. If necessary, the contract may be amended or a new contract may be signed.
Article 7 Contract Suspension and Liability for Breach of Contract
7-1 During the execution of the contract, if Party A requests termination, Party B shall refund the balance to Party A after deducting the liquidated damages equivalent to the three-month virtual host rent. Domain registration fees and other one-time fees are non-refundable. At the same time, this contract will be suspended.
7-2 If Party A defaults, Party B has the right to close Party A's account, and Party A shall be responsible for the losses caused.
7-3 If Party A fails to pay the renewal amount on time, the contract will be suspended after Party A's previous payment period expires. Party B will close the use account of Party A at that time.
7-4 If Party A requires Party B's other services during or after the contract, the parties will sign a separate contract.
7-5 Party B may need to interrupt the service for a short period of time during server configuration and maintenance, or the access speed of Party A's virtual host may decrease due to the accidental blocking of the access path on the Internet. Party A agrees that this is a normal situation and does not belong to Party B. Default.
7-6 If Party B's server cannot provide normal service due to non-resistance reasons, Party B shall compensate Party A for the loss of the rental service fee on a daily basis. The total annual rent is the maximum limit.
Article 8 Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute between the two parties during the execution of the contract, the two parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
Article 9 Force Majeure
Due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, fires, strikes, power outages, government actions, etc., the parties are unable to perform this contractual obligation. The parties notify the other party in writing and the contract is suspended.
Article 10 Supplementary Provisions
If there is any outstanding matter in this contract, the two parties will resolve it through negotiation. This contract is made in two copies, each party holds one copy, and after signing and stamping, the two contracts have the same effect.
