According to the approval file of the lease project and the “Application for Lease Project” of Party B, and in accordance with the provisions of the following paragraphs, Party A accepts the lease entrustment of Party B and represents Party B to rent the following items.

1. Lease items:

The unit price, total value and other transaction terms of the equipment are handled in accordance with the provisions of the “Ordering Agreement”.

Second, the rental fee and related conditions:

1. Total lease fee: The lease term starts from the date of bill of lading. The day of the full month from the date of the lease term is the first payment date, and the next payment is made once every full month, that is, the lease period ends.

2. Other related expenses are listed in the Schedule to the Valuation.

3. Within 30 days after the effective date of this contract, Party A will sign a lease contract on behalf of Party B in accordance with the leasing business and international trade practices. After the lease contract takes effect, both parties will have the responsibility and obligation to perform the contract.

Third, the transfer of leased items:

1. After the chartered items are loaded, Party A shall issue a “Notice of Arrival” to Party B in due course, and shall be responsible for handling the import license, customs declaration, insurance, delivery, consignment and other relevant procedures after the arrival of the goods, and the expenses shall be borne by Party B.

2. After receiving the goods, Party B shall immediately open the box for inspection under the supervision of the commodity inspection department. After the test is completed, it can be installed and used. If the inspection result is inconsistent with the contract and its subsidiary file regulations, it shall immediately apply to the commodity inspection department for inspection and issue a commodity inspection certificate, and notify Party A to file a claim at least 10 days before the expiration date of the contract period specified in the contract.

Fourth, the fee settlement method:

The estimated domestic and foreign expenses listed in the Schedule to this contract are handled in accordance with the attached notes.

For the settlement method of the lease fee for each period, Party B shall transfer the lease fee payable to Party A's account within the time limit specified in the payment notice issued by Party A. After the external settlement, Party A shall list the settlement list based on the original invoice amount, and refund more and less. If Party B fails to transfer on time, Party A will notify the bank to collect the deposit from Party B in accordance with this contract. Under this circumstance, Party A will add a 2% late payment fee to Party B according to the current period of late payment, which is calculated in one month for less than one month.

The domestic related expenses listed in the Schedule to this contract refer to the import duties imposed by Party B on relevant domestic units, the import and export tax, port, land transportation miscellaneous fees and bank charges. The settlement method is the same as paragraph 1 of this paragraph.

Party A's agency fee is 2% of the total rental fee, and is collected at the time of arrival. The lease item of less than 50,000 US dollars is calculated at 2.5%, and the settlement method is the same as this article.

V. Guarantee unit and responsibility:

It is the guarantee unit of Party B. The guarantee unit is responsible for supervising Party B's execution of the contract on time and fulfilling the payment responsibility on behalf of Party B when Party B cannot/cannot afford to pay the lease fee and other expenses.

Effectiveness:

The original of this contract is in duplicate, signed by both Party A and Party B, and is validated by the guarantee of the guarantee unit of Party B. The copies are sent to the relevant departments for reference as needed. The “Lease Contract” and the “Annex” attached to this contract are an integral part of the contract.

7. Other unfinished matters shall be settled by negotiation between Party A and Party B.
