I. The rural population is 571,100. The agricultural population is 575,700. The cultivated land area is 616,400 mu. Among them, there are 40.37 million mu of land and 207,700 mu of soil. In 2002, the per capita net income of farmers was 2,227 yuan.
Second, the investigation and acquisition of the situation <1> The establishment of the organization of the city's 34 townships except the Zhongqiao Township will be the responsibility of the Agricultural Economics Station to the township finance department, the other 33 township units have agricultural economic stations, township level There are 119 agricultural and economic workers, and each village and agricultural neighborhood committee is equipped with professional accounting. There are 12 people in the city's agricultural economic station, including: 2 people who are transferred out of the company, 3 people who are retired, 1 person who is transferred to the administrative examination and approval service center, and 5 people who drive to the station and do business in the station. The editorial board of the city approved the establishment of the city's agricultural economic station in the institutional reform for six people.
The development of the business The leaders of the municipal party committee and the municipal government and the leaders of the bureau attach great importance to the work of agriculture and economics. Management of rural finance. The unified regulation of the city is “village account management, social account village management”. At present, the financial management of all agricultural cooperatives and agricultural resident groups in the city has been fully implemented. The 30 township offices in the villages have been seriously implementing the village account management work.

In the rural financial computerization work, the city is ready to pilot in five towns. However, due to financial difficulties, the municipal finance has no money to subsidize. After connecting with the township leaders, the townships will not be able to solve them for a while. Leaders at all levels believe that rural financial computerization is a "benefit without harm" work, but it is difficult to implement in time due to financial difficulties. The leaders of Chongqing Agricultural Economic Station, Department and Bureau will try to subsidize 50,000 yuan in the city. Funding, the pilot of financial computerization work will be carried out this year.
