————Operate your college time Today's university campus has more time for college students to freely control. Therefore, we can't help but ask: What are the college students doing in their spare time? How do they embellish and enrich their after-school life? Learn? jobs? Go online? ... College students are the main body of campus culture construction, creating an active, upward and rich cultural atmosphere, which is conducive to the healthy development of students' physical and mental health. However, with the increasing competition in society, students face multiple pressures from both inside and outside the campus, and the burden of schoolwork is heavy. How to make full use of your four years of college after-school time, develop your own personality, develop skills, grow knowledge, cultivate body and mind, improve your comprehensive quality, and successfully spend your own university life. This is something we must think about. problem.
Recently, this topic is aimed at college students' after-school activities. I understand myself and understand the status of my classmates' extracurricular activities. I started a survey of 125 students in all majors in our college. This survey, I took the random sampling questionnaire and the interview methods of individual interviews, mainly Investigated the content of college students' after-school activities and their evaluation of their college after-school life. Now, combined with the results of a special survey, a comparative analysis of the extracurricular activities of our students.
I. Overview of the content orientation of after-school activities According to a special survey, it can be seen that there are different orientations in the content of college students participating in extracurricular activities. After giving 12 options for after-school activities, college students made the choices shown in Table 1.
Table 1 Distribution structure of college students participating in extracurricular activities Physical exercise school activities and work chat, social after-school study, reading extracurricular books, newspapers, movies, TV, video work, computer learning, playing chess, activities, sleeping, doing nothing, other things can be seen from the table The orientation of college students' extracurricular activities shows the characteristics of primary and secondary and diversified. The four activities of “learning after school”, “chat, social”, “reading extracurricular books and newspapers” and “sports training” are the main activities that the university participates in after school hours. The orientation of extracurricular activities of our students is based on “after-school learning”, “chat, social” and “sports exercise”. Due to the changes in university learning methods and information transmission methods, and the more open and colorful university life, the after-school activities of college students are no longer the traditional “three-point and one-line” model, showing a diversified orientation. It is worth noting that compared with previous survey conclusions, “chat and social” has become the second choice for college students' after-school activities. Our students also generally acknowledge that there is a lot of time spent on this. This shows that college students have realized that establishing a harmonious interpersonal relationship, improving the important role of interpersonal skills in real life, and increasing the recognition of social values.
Second, the university's after-school life orientation shows the difference between grade and gender. Because of the level of psychological development, adaptability to college students and different learning tasks, there are certain differences in the orientation of extracurricular activities. The special survey shows that the grade differences of college students' after-school activities are mainly reflected in three aspects:
First, the ranking of the weighted selection rate of each activity item is different. The “after-school learning” is ranked first by the second and third grade students, and the second grader is ranked second, while the “chat, social” is ranked by the first grade students. First place, but in the second and third grade students, they retired to the third place;
Second, there are differences in the dominant orientation of the grades. The dominant orientation of the second and third grades is “class study”, while the dominant orientation of the first grade is “chat, social”;
Third, there are obvious differences in the five orientations of “study learning”, “chat, social”, “online, electric”, “school activities and work”, and “work-study”. The dominant orientation of the extracurricular activities of the students in our college is generally “class study”, followed by “entertainment social”. This reflects that the learning atmosphere in our hospital is still good. In conversations with freshmen, I found that most of them are passionate about college life and actively participate in various social and social activities. While enjoying the body and mind, we also hold on to learning. Instead, after a year of college life, sophomores felt that the enthusiasm of the surging was weakened. However, many students say they will learn more, and they will also actively participate in internal and external activities that are conducive to the development of meaningful and meaningful.
From a holistic perspective, the students in our college also pay great attention to study in their spare time, especially for freshmen and sophomores. The main reason is that for the freshmen who have just entered the school for more than a month, they are not familiar with the way of university study and retain the status of high school learning, so that they mainly spend their time on learning and do not allow themselves to fall. Only a small number of students thought that they had just experienced "black July" and entered the "safety box" when they arrived at the university. Now they should take a good rest. The sophomore girls have bigger ideas and two boys are mature. Their strong self-control ability and good study habits enable them to concentrate on their studies.
