Survey report on mental health of college students
The activity took a sample survey of the history students of the School of Social Sciences. In the form of questionnaire survey, 96 questionnaires were distributed and the recovery rate was 93.75%. 81 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 90%. The report takes a sample from the valid questionnaire and selects 20 samples for analysis. The results are published as follows:
First, the learning problem In this survey, the learning problem is the most concerned and most prominent problem for students. For example, the 33rd question “sorts the psychological stress brought by the following items from large to small”, 44% of them believe that the psychological pressure caused by academics is the greatest. This shows that just entering college life, nearly half of the students are not suitable for college life, especially for the university's learning style, and feel a lot of psychological pressure. Passing through the intense joint entrance exam, many students can't adapt to the open and relaxed learning style and lifestyle of the university, or they are too nervous to stop the book, can't be freed from the high school exam-oriented education, or feel the life is empty, doing nothing all day, I have lost my studies and lost my life. Another example is the 29th question, “What do you think is your biggest setback after going to college?” 33% of the students chose “unsatisfactory academic performance”, which shows that freshmen are in urgent need of guidance and seeking psychology in their studies. A sense of accomplishment.
Second, amateur life Among the students surveyed, 45% of the students feel that university life is free and open, and students also pay more attention to learning, and the learning consciousness is higher. 56% of the students in the third question "What do you do in your spare time? In contrast, only 10% of students choose to play games online or fall in love. But this also reflects the psychological pressure of students' learning is still very large.
Third, economic life Nowadays, college students are basically not too difficult in economic life. In the sixth question, “Do you have enough monthly living expenses?”, 67% of the students are basically enough, and 11% of the students There is a surplus, at the same time, in the seventh question, "Do you think that the monthly living expenses are a burden to yourself and cause psychological stress?" 60% of the students think that there is no pressure. All of the above indicate that with the development and progress of society, people's living standards are constantly improving, and the living standards of college students are also improving. The situation of college students' psychological stress is obviously declining due to economic life.
Fourth, the interpersonal communication problem of interpersonal communication is a problem that is more prominent in this investigation. In question 33, “Please sort the psychological stresses brought to you by the following items from large to small”, and 33% of the students think that the psychological pressure caused by “interpersonal relationship” is the biggest. In the eighth question, “When you are with a group of friends, do you often feel lonely or lost?” 79% of students choose “yes” or “sometimes”, which reflects the lack of ability of contemporary college students to interact with others. Similarly, in the 29th question, “What do you think is the biggest setback after going to college?” The 33% of students who chose “not living in the dormitory life” are equivalent to the number of people who choose “unsatisfactory academic performance”, which reflects learning. Methods and interpersonal interactions are the two most serious problems with the students in this survey.
A large number of college students come from rural areas. In the previous daily life, the anxious scope was narrower, and there were fewer opportunities to interact with people. When I first arrived at the university, I faced so many students in such an open and free environment. In the face of so many public occasions, I was overwhelmed and confused, so I was ashamed to express an introverted personality. The students who grew up in the city, from the one-child family, can hardly understand the situation of students in rural areas. Then a barrier is formed. At the same time, in the 20th question, "Do you think most people can't trust?" 78% of students think "yes" or "occasionally." This reflects the emergence of some problems in the interpersonal relationship of college students.
Fifth, the psychological balance in the first question "Do you think the difference between the current school and your ideal university?", 56% of the students chose "great", which reflects the ideal university and reality in classmates There is still a certain gap in the school. In the 13th question, “Do you feel confident?” 69% of students chose “not confident” or “sometimes not confident”. In the fifth question, “What do you think is the worst in your life in college?” 57% of the students think they lack self-confidence. Both of these questions reflect that our classmates do not have enough self-confidence. However, in the 23rd question, “Is it difficult to say about your own troubles? Do you often feel that you are a loser?” Only 20% of the students think they have no problems in this regard. In question 26: "Do you always have a clear goal in life? Are you struggling for it?" Only 31% of students think "yes". Both of these questions show that students have no clear goals for their future and have no confidence in their own tomorrow. The above questions explain from different angles that the students have not reached a balance in psychology, and the ideal always has a gap with reality.
