Just like the “sitting office” and “into the workshop” in the factory of the economic era, there is not only the difference in working environment and work treatment, but also the difference in job status. The professional skills, management and planning of the professional questionnaires in this survey are at the forefront, and these three occupations are also more popular in the society and have better development prospects. Now college students are more realistic in their career choices, and there are certain The degree of idealization; on the other hand, it also reflects the convergence of college students in society in terms of professional values. The result will inevitably lead to high expectations for students' career choices, and there is a certain distance between career choices and graduates themselves.

According to the 1995 Zhejiang University Student Employment Value Survey and the 1996 Beijing University Graduates Survey, high income is the first factor affecting graduates' choice of career. The analysis of the survey results of college students' preferred enterprises shows that the first factor affecting the employment of graduates is the development prospects, followed by the ability to display talents, compensation and benefits. Although income is still the main factor affecting graduates' choice of employment, they have retired to third place. The impact of this change is two-fold. For students, the mentality of employment is rational and psychologically stable. For employers, the prospects for personal career development are more, and the provision of high-paying benefits is provided. The development space and opportunities for talents to cater to the pursuit of graduates in their career success and personal value.

The above-mentioned high-income people and 1,000-1,500 yuan, which think that they can earn more than 4,000 yuan per month, are equivalent to the number of college students with a hope value of 1,000-1,500 yuan, each accounting for 15%. Only 9.4% of the people are satisfied with the monthly salary of less than 1,000 yuan.
According to the 2000 national sample survey data of the National City Tuning Corps, among the 36 large and medium-sized cities in China, the highest per capita disposable income of residents is Shenzhen, with a total of 21,577.24 yuan. We only compare with Shenzhen. Their average monthly income is only 1798 yuan. It can be seen that college students' expectations for their salary are ideal.
