II. Survey Method <BR> mainly understands the respondents in the form of questionnaires, and obtains their attitudes and opinions on job hunting, treatment, and work. A total of 98 questionnaires were distributed and 96 valid questionnaires were returned.
Analysis of the results of the survey 1. The analysis of the respondents included 80% of the 18-25 age group and 14% of the 26-35 age group.
Young people have become the main target of our investigation. In the survey, 35.4% expect to receive a monthly salary of 1,000--2500 yuan, 29% of respondents are satisfied with the monthly salary of 2500--3500 yuan, and 21% of respondents hope to get 3500--5000 yuan. remuneration. It can be seen that among the respondents, they have more work and more diligence, more diligence and awareness, and have their own principles and pursuits for the treatment of work. Due to the choice of the survey location, the survey respondents have a high cultural level. 75% of the respondents have English, one has English, French and Russian, and the other has a second foreign language. It is worth noting that the middle-aged people who accounted for only about 5% of the total number of people surveyed are basically obtained through school distribution after graduation. Now they have monthly income of 3500---5000 yuan. Education reform and policy adjustment are closely related.
II. Analysis of issues such as employment First of all, it is worth mentioning that up to 90% of respondents found their first formal job within 4 months, which means that most of the graduates who work in Beijing are The job was found in the short term, which also reflected the trend of employment of contemporary college students from another aspect, that is, to find a job as soon as possible, and to stay in Beijing to develop a foothold as soon as possible.
Throughout the survey, when respondents answered questions about college students' employment, 28% said they were optimistic, 45% felt that there were some difficulties in college employment, and 14% of respondents thought that the employment prospects of college students were worrying. It shows that the employment of contemporary college students is not as easy as it used to be, but it is not as difficult as some people have said. To have a good job, we must work harder. The survey also found that 29% of people willing to work in private enterprises, ranking first, followed by foreign companies accounting for 27.1%, state-owned enterprises ranked third with 21%, and government agencies ranked fourth with 10%. In the past, the idea of ​​"iron rice bowl" has disappeared in people's minds. Instead, it is more work and more energy. Regarding the application of the majors after the work, 83% of the respondents believe that they have acquired the knowledge they have learned. 15% of the respondents are engaged in their professional work, and 68% said they need a considerable amount of expertise in their work. Therefore, it is very necessary to learn professional knowledge and public courses that play a fundamental role.
The survey showed that nearly 40% of the respondents were dissatisfied with the current treatment, while only 12% were satisfied with the current work, and half of the respondents said they were satisfied. Some young people find it difficult to find a satisfactory job, but from these sources, it can be seen that contemporary college students are not as low-minded as some people have said. It is a consensus to start from the grassroots level. The survey also showed that 58% of respondents chose their personal preferences as their first reference when choosing a job, 18% chose a better-paid job, and 18% preferred a relaxed work environment. This shows that most people want to find a job that suits their interests. It will last long and have more enthusiasm in their work. But such a perceptual choice has its drawbacks. Is it to find a job that you like, or to have the ability? Applying to the required positions, the weight and weight of them are much more balanced. After all, blind job hunting can’t stand in today’s competitive society.
