Survey report on employment of college students

Ideal is the guiding light of life and the cornerstone of life. Life has the power to struggle because of the ideal, because it is ideal and wonderful. If there is no ideal person, such as a walking dead, such a person has only a body, a life, and nothing, this is a tragedy in life. The students in the university are even more ambitious. Who doesn't want to do a great job, who doesn't want to be a darling of the times. Today's college students are full of passion and full of enthusiasm to build their own blueprint for the future. We surveyed 50 college students on the issue of employment of college students. The survey results are as follows:
I. Development space and salary According to the survey, 8% of people choose to be below 1,000 yuan, 41% choose 1000-2000, 30% choose 2000-3000, and 21% choose 3000 or more.

It can be seen from this that when the first year's expected salary is raised, most people choose 1,000 to 2,000 yuan. Some people say that the key to paying the first year is the second year and the third year. It seems that everyone generally pays attention to their own development space. When you apply for a job, you should understand what you value, what you are eager to get, how your future will develop, and when your personal development prospects and treatments are in conflict, everyone's choices will be different. Obviously salary is no longer the most important factor for college students. It is a correct mentality to treat salaries rationally. If you want to pay high salary, it will affect the performance of your work. Accumulating experience is the first.
2. About the whereabouts after graduation According to the survey, 63% of people choose to work in coastal open cities, 13% choose to go home, 12% go to the provincial capital cities, and 7% choose to go to the country. Outside development, 5% of people choose to work in remote/large northwest/rural.
It can be seen from this that many college students still believe that they can stay in coastal open cities and have more opportunities for employment development before they can develop their talents and specialties. Moreover, it can be seen from the data that contemporary college students still lack hard work and dedication. The economic development in remote areas is relatively backward. Many college students pursue material treatment and geographical conditions and are willing to stay in the development of big cities.

Third, to be high-paying or to be hobby According to the survey, 46% of people are interested in work related to their profession, 36% consider personal hobbies, and 18% only consider the money factor.

Any work you like will be annoying. Everything is the same, especially when you just work, don’t take work as a career. It’s just a means of making a living. So more people choose to be professional-related. Career. When you have a certain experience, you may have a career. Of course, some people may only have a job and have no career. Most people think that hobbies are very important. Only those things that they like to do can be 100% invested and done well. It is possible to create something that they are good at.
Fourth, college students' confidence in their employment prospects According to the survey, 20% of college students think that their employment prospects are broad, 56% think the employment prospects are acceptable, 11% think that it is useless to consider this issue now, 13% The person said that he did not know.
Confidence is the number one priority for success. In the process of considering their own employment prospects, confidence not only brings courage and strength to college students, but also uses people units, first of all to create a sense of identity from the momentum. To maintain a firm confidence in the process of choosing a career, you must first believe in your ability and believe that you are qualified for the job. Second, we must give full play to our strengths and avoid weaknesses. It is necessary to seize your own characteristics, give play to your own advantages, and try to avoid your own shortcomings. In this way, it is possible for you to take the initiative in the competition for career choice. The third is to have a passion to impress the employer. I want to give people the feeling that I love life and love my career.
