Obviously salary is no longer the most important factor for college students. It is a correct mentality to treat salaries rationally. If you want to pay high salary, it will affect the performance of your work. Accumulating experience is the first.
2. About the whereabouts after graduation According to the survey, 63% of people choose to work in coastal open cities, 13% choose to go home, 12% go to the provincial capital cities, and 7% choose to go to the country. Outside development, 5% of people choose to work in remote/large northwest/rural.
It can be seen from this that many college students still believe that they can stay in coastal open cities and have more opportunities for employment development before they can develop their talents and specialties. Moreover, it can be seen from the data that contemporary college students still lack hard work and dedication. The economic development in remote areas is relatively backward. Many college students pursue material treatment and geographical conditions and are willing to stay in the development of big cities.

Fourth, college students' confidence in their employment prospects According to the survey, 20% of college students think that their employment prospects are broad, 56% think the employment prospects are acceptable, 11% think that it is useless to consider this issue now, 13% The person said that he did not know.
Confidence is the number one priority for success. In the process of considering their own employment prospects, confidence not only brings courage and strength to college students, but also uses people units, first of all to create a sense of identity from the momentum.
