Self-examination report of the annual inspection of audio-visual teaching materials on the charge of the 2003-2004 academic year in Puyang District
In order to strengthen the collection, management and use of the fees for the audio-visual teaching materials in our district, and to maintain the seriousness of the charging policy, from May 25th to 26th, I stood under the personal leadership of the district cultural and educational bureau and the bureau’s discipline inspection leader. A comprehensive inspection was conducted by the fee-paying school, and the inspections are summarized as follows:
1. The fee-paying schools can conduct self-examination before May 20, and truthfully fill in the "China's Small Audio-visual Teaching Materials on behalf of the annual inspection form."
2. In the fall of 2003-spring of 2004, there were 9 charge-based schools in the district, and 8916 students were enrolled in the school. Among them, there were 3 provincial-level model schools, 5026 students were charged at school, and each person was charged 60 yuan per year. 301560.00 yuan; 5 schools of the second class of audio-visual equipment, 3890 students, each person charges 34 yuan per year, the fee is 132260.00 yuan, the total charge is 433820.00 yuan, the amount is accounted for.
3, according to the spirit of the provincial and municipal archives, 60% of the total amount of the charge, the unified management of the Shanghai Station, used to order the software in the "China Small Audio-Visual Software Use Catalogue". In the current academic year, I received a total of 256,345.80 yuan from the toll collection school, accounting for 59.09% of the charge for the district.
4. In the current academic year, our district has ordered a total of 25,3016.00 yuan of audio-visual software in the city hall, which has been distributed to all schools in the district.
5. The fee for the whole district is 177,474.20 yuan. All schools can strictly follow the spirit of provincial and municipal archives, and are used for the addition of school audio-visual software, the training of audio-visual teachers and the development of audio-visual work.
In summary, our district can strictly follow the archives spirit of the provincial and municipal pavilions in the implementation of the collection, management and use of audio-visual teaching materials, and do not use or occupy them.
