2、與洛川學校的牽手展望去年12月,我校擬定了與普陀區洛川學校的牽手方案,目前正在全力實施:
首先是教育信息化。借鏡洛川學校的網路管理模式,結合我校師生的實際需求,我們確定了五大項目:一是加大軟體開發力度,構建蘇民學校教育教學網路管理平台;二是大力開發教學信息庫,積極開展網路教育與傳統教育優勢互補的研究,拓寬課堂的外延和內涵;三是立足校本培訓,加強信息技術管理套用的教師專業團隊建設;四是配合“蘇民少兒藝術院”,構建藝術教育專題學習網站。五是探索“九年一貫製”分層德育模式,積極開展藝術教育以美輔德的研究與實踐。</P><P>七、資源整合、拓展藝教,凸現蘇民特色。
有生命力的教育有兩個支點,即滿足社會發展的需要和學生發展的需要。結合校本實際,我們選擇藝術教育作為推進貭素教育的突破口。2005年3月,在嘉定區教育局、南翔鎮教委的大力支持下,我校成立了“蘇民少兒藝術院”,並著力構建藝術教育系列拓展型課程。
1、 構建藝術教育拓展型課程一是“毅然書畫工作室”——即少兒書畫沙龍。2005年學校成立了“毅然書畫工作室”。學校聘請了知名畫家擔任指導老師:成本毅、徐增、徐穎。
二是舞蹈。學校舞蹈隊由“蕭邦藝校”的專業教師指導培養,隊員從一至四年級學生中選拔產生,每周訓練二次。
三是合唱。學校在每屆四年級中挑選學生組建合唱團,目前共有隊員65名,由本校音樂教師擔任指導工作。
四是戲劇。以滬劇學唱為主,由本校音樂教師擔任指導,現有學生12名,每周活動二次。每年戲劇社都會選編節目參加區藝術節的比賽。
五是銅管樂。學校遵循“自願+推薦”的原則,從三四年級中挑選50名學生進行管樂訓練,兩年後擇優組建管樂班。目前我校從六年級開始,共有三個管樂班,日常訓練使用自編的校本教材《蘇民銅管樂》。為了確保訓練質量,學校長期聘請上海廣播交響樂團的優秀教師來校指導。每周訓練分三類:周一由專業輔導教師以班級為單位,傳授樂器的吹奏知識;周二至周五由學校音樂教師負責各班輪次訓練,周六進行合奏練習。
六是爵士樂。學校堅持邀請藝術家來校作專業輔導,並成功編撰了校本培訓教材《爵士樂》。近兩年來,爵士樂隊聲名鵲起,曾在上海藝海劇場與美國專業樂隊同台演出,受到各界的廣泛關註,被《文匯報》等媒體譽為全國第一支中學生爵士樂隊。
我校學生從一、二年級開始就可以選修以上這些藝術課程。自五年級起,學生即可進入相應的藝術團隊進行專業訓練,在此期間,學生還將完成相應的社會藝術考級。上學期我校把少兒中國畫納入三、四年級課程,確保每周一節訓練課時,目前正在積極籌備的還有鍵盤訓練,電腦繪畫,素描。
2、藝術教育跨學科整合的實踐與研究經心理學家研究證明,音樂和美術有微調大腦的能力,能協助大腦更加專註。定期接觸音樂和美術訓練後,閱讀和數學能力將獲得改善。為此,我們確立了課題《藝術教育跨學科整合的研究與實踐》。2005年5月13日,我校聯合嘉定區教育發展研究中心成功舉辦了“藝術教育跨學科整合研討會”。國家教育部教育發展研究中心副主任周滿生先生、上海市教委老領導凌同光先生、嘉定區教育局黨委委員金惠萍女士及上海市、嘉定區的一些專家學者出席了此次研討會。研討會上,我們介紹了學校藝術教育跨學科整合的研究構想,播放了“藝術作品中的數學”課堂教學實錄,並以“數學與藝術整合”為例,介紹了課程拓展的定位、設定、目標、內容、評價等,受到了與會專家的充分肯定。
3、藝術教育專題學習網站的建設自2003年起,我校著手構建藝術教育專題學習網站,目前已基本完成管理架構和內容分類。“八面來風”、“名曲欣賞”、“教學研究”、“蘇民樂隊”、“蘇民藝苑”、“藝教課堂”等六個欄目構建了流覽區。網站用新穎的表現形式為學生呈現出嶄新、獨特的文化視野,實現了信息收集、交流互動、加工製作、寫作學習、發布展示,形成最終的專題評估。藝術教育專題學習網站的構建,滿足了學自主學習和教師教學切入的雙重需求。
4、“以美輔德”功能拓展一是器樂訓練。雙手協調的器樂彈奏,能增強小腦的發展,有助於學生IQ和EQ的協同發展。德育生成基點為:通過銅管樂、爵士樂、合唱、鍵盤等訓練,幫助學生建立情緒技巧、學會調節心理,並在團隊精神、團隊協作、和諧共處、毅力恆心等教育中,幫助學生發現自我、發揮自我、發展自我。
二是繪畫訓練。美術通過線條、色彩、明暗等藝術手段,使學生直接感受到視覺和空間形象,幫助其在觀察力、思維力、想像力和自信力上得到發展和提高。德育生成基點為:通過兒童畫、中國畫、書法等課程,讓學生領略祖國文化藝術的魅力,自覺弘揚民族精神。
三是禮儀訓練。訓練目的是通過禮儀、形體和舞蹈等訓練,規範學生站、坐、走的姿態,增強身體的協調能力和肢體語言的表達能力。德育生成基點為:讓學生了解語言美、行為美,從國小會彬彬有禮、落落大方,通過角色練習,社會實踐,增強處事和交往能力。</P><P>八、反思不足、謀劃變革,促進內涵發展。
三年來,我們蘇民學校在教育改革的漫漫征程上執著前進,經歷了眾多的失敗、困苦、成功和喜悅。作為蘇民人,我們擁有團結、堅持和改革創新的勇氣,對學校的發展更是滿懷著激情、朝氣和希望。但是我們也很冷靜,因為我們清楚地看到了前進道路上還有許多坎坷、許多荊棘。為了新一輪的發展,我們深刻反思、謀劃變革:
1、學校的發展“瓶頸”
一是現有的管理製度還不完善,與現代學校製度有很大的差距,我們打算花兩年時間最佳化製度建設,以實現“三個有利於”,即:有利於人盡其才,讓每一位教師均能在各自的崗位上獲得成功,有利於評價製度的完善,有利於辦學質量的提高,讓教師舒心,家長放心,上級滿意,社會好評。
二是校本課程的開發、使用是構建現代學校的重要組成部分,需要一批專業知識過硬、教學基本功扎實、教育理念先進、樂於奉獻的骨幹教師隊伍。因此,我們還將進一步最佳化師資結構,通過校本培訓和人才引進充實我們的教師隊伍,這需要兩級政府領導的大力支持。
三是我校的操場還是煤渣跑道;教學樓洗手間陳舊,走廊灰暗;專用教室、實驗室根本不足30個教學班使用;每次公開課,教學樓隻能同時使用兩台多媒體,否則便會跳閘短路……
我們相信,在上級政府和領導的關心支持下,這些“瓶頸”問題一定會逐步得到解決,蘇民學校也一定能更好的回報社會、服務於民。
2、 新一輪發展方向確立三個辦學理念:
u 為人師表,以德為先,“德”——師德。
u 學校發展,以人為本,“人”——學生、教師。
u 校園文化,以和為根,“和”——和諧。
確定三個奮鬥目標:

u 加強教、科、研、訓協同作戰能力,加強校本藝術系列課程的建設,深化新課程改革實踐,促進教師專業成長,教學質量穩定,居同類學校中等偏上水準。
