Self-examination report on the development of party members and the collection and management of party fees in the third experimental country branch of Hui'an County

The third party branch of Hui'an County was established on September 6, 2005, and there are 15 official party members. On September 18, according to the "Provisional Regulations on the Election of Grassroots Organizations of the Communist Party of China", the election of branch committee members was carried out and reported to the party committee for approval. On September 26, members of the Third Experimental State Small Branch Committee of Hui'an County, which was composed of five comrades, including Huang Shufen, Guo Huibin, Huang Yingming, Ren Tingting and Zhao Zhiming, were formally produced. Among them, Comrade Huang Shufen was appointed secretary, Guo Huibin was appointed as deputy secretary, Comrade Huang Yingming was appointed as an organization member, Ren Tingting was appointed as a propaganda committee member, and Comrade Zhao Zhiming was appointed as a member of the discipline inspection committee.
Under the leadership of the Party branch, all party members of the school conscientiously implemented the work arrangements of the higher-level party committees, combined with the actual situation of the school, formulated the branch work plan, adhered to the development of the "16-character" policy of party members, and had plans to implement party members in accordance with the procedures. This semester is preparing to develop a new party member, which will be personally inspected and cultivated by Secretary Huang Shufen. The other party members went down to each year and were responsible for examining and determining a group of party activists as the object of training, as the target of development next year. Joining party contacts often care about the growing situation of active members, so that the party activists will report their thoughts once a quarter, fill in the inspection and appraisal once every six months, and report their learning, work and performance to the branch in time, and pay attention to listening to teachers. Their views and reflections, and timely feedback to the branch, for the branch to study the development of the object of reference, so that we develop more advanced and ensure the quality of development. We regard the development of party members seeking quality as a principle. Adhere to the political review and publicity system of development targets, and strictly control the "entry barrier."
All party members can pay party fees on time and on a monthly basis, and the monthly branch collects a total of 210 yuan. The branch set up a special party fee collection and registration book, which was managed by Comrade Huang Yingming. In the collection and management of party fees, the party fee certificate, the party fee collection and registration book, the contents of the wall were consistent, and the registration was timely. The Party branch can pay the party fees in full to the higher-level party organizations on time every month.
As the branch has just been established, the work is still not perfect, the work experience is not enough, the work of developing party members is still not deep enough, and the concern for the party activists is not enough, and more detailed work remains to be done. We must overcome the weaknesses of insufficient work experience, study hard, and conscientiously complete the work arranged by the higher party committees.
