Self-examination report on the management of party fees collection in the party branch of the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Communist Party of China

Civil Administration Party Committee:
According to the "Party Constitution" and the "Regulations on the Collection, Management and Use of the Party Fees of the Communist Party of China" and the spirit of the notice of the higher party committees, my branch conducted a self-examination of the management of the collection of party fees in 2004. The self-inspection is now reported as follows:
1. Strengthen organizational leadership. The collection of party fees is an important task in the building of the party's grassroots organizations and the building of party members. My branch attaches great importance to the management of party fees collection and management, strictly implements the spirit of the "Regulations on the Collection, Management and Use of the Party Fees of the Communist Party of China", and assigns special personnel to be responsible for the collection of party fees, and uses the "Party Collection Collection Register" according to the regulations. When paying party fees, the work of collecting party fees will be gradually standardized and institutionalized.
2. Collect party fees strictly according to the standard, and increase the salary income to change the base and proportion of collection in a timely manner. There are 28 party members in my branch. In January-December 2004, the party fee was paid 6019 yuan.
3. Strengthen the education of party members. All party members and cadres are able to pay party fees on a monthly basis, consciously, on time and in full. There was no such phenomenon as dragging, surrendering, and paying in advance.
4. Establish a work system for regularly publishing the collection of party fees, and report it once a quarter.
