I. Collection of party fees
From January 2000 to September 2004, the total party income was 246,835.55 yuan. The specific income items are as follows:

2. The party interest income totaled 1313.61 yuan. Among them: 72.60 yuan in 2000, 84.21 yuan in 2001, 487.08 yuan in 2002, 229.11 yuan in 2003, and 44.61 yuan from January to September 2004.
Second, the use of party fees
From January 2000 to September 2004, the total expenditure of party fees was 157,802.86 yuan. The specific expenditure items are as follows:
1. According to the regulations of the Organization Department of Shaanxi Provincial Committee, the school will pay 60% of the party fees collected annually to Shaanxi Education Working Committee, and will pay a total of 120,742.45 yuan, including: 17000.00 yuan in 2000, 27236.00 yuan in 2001, and 35858.00 in 2002. Fourth, the management of party fees
Our hospital conscientiously implements the provisions of the Central Organization Department and the Provincial Party Committee Education Working Committee on the collection, use and management of party fees, and establishes a set of relatively standardized and perfect methods for collecting, using and managing party fees.
1. The party fee is implemented as a separate account.
2. The organization department assigns a special person to be responsible for managing the collection of party fees. The party fees are earmarked for special purposes, and the party general branch and branch party fees are administered by special personnel. Therefore, in the collection and management of party fees, timely collection, timely payment, clear accounts, and no errors were made.
3. The faculty and staff of the whole school pay the party's expenses as the unit, and they can conscientiously do a good job in the collection and management of party fees and pay the party fees in full. 7. Implement party revenue and expenditure disclosure. The organization department insisted on the amount of the party’s total amount paid to the party’s general branch at the end of each year, the party’s fee for the provincial party committee’s education committee, and the use and balance of the party’s fees, and the written information on the “receipt of the party’s expenses for the year of ××××” was issued to The general party of each party also requires the grassroots party organizations to notify the party members of the unit to accept the supervision of the grassroots party organizations and the majority of party members.
8. Party organizations at all levels in our hospital pay more attention to the collection and collection of party fees. 10. Do a good job in archiving the collection and use of party fees. In daily work, we insisted on the amount of party members paying party fees, the original receipts collected by party fees, the register, and the use of bills for party receipts and expenditures as an important part of the papers for long-term investigation.
At present, the main problems in the collection and management of party fees are:
1. Individual party members are still unable to pay party fees on time and in accordance with regulations.
2. After the student party members graduated from school, they could not contact the receiving unit at one time. The party organization relationship could not be transferred in time, which affected their organizational life to a certain extent and affected the payment of party fees.
In the future, we will strengthen the education of party members, further enhance the awareness of party members, and strictly follow the collection, management and use of party fees in strict accordance with the group archives [1998] No. 2 and Shaanxi Education Group [1999] No. 16 archives.
