First, the party and government leadership team attaches great importance to the employment of graduates of our department.
The 99th grade students are the first university graduates of our department. From the time they entered the school to the graduation process, all the leaders and teachers of our department devoted a lot of efforts to them, and adopted a series of measures for training qualified personnel and employment. Try to create a good atmosphere for them. Especially in the fourth year of the 99th grade, the party and government leadership team gave the employment of the 99 graduates an important aspect of our daily work and gave them great attention. The Department of the Party and Government and the Department of Social Affairs have established a mechanism to regularly discuss the employment of graduates of our department, study and solve the problems and difficulties encountered in the employment guidance of our graduates, and provide opinions on the employment of graduates of our department. In 2003, our department printed invitation letters and professional and graduates distributed at major talent exchanges outside the school, and mailed materials to well-known enterprises in the information technology industry inside and outside the province. Well-known companies such as Inspur Group, Sanlian Group, Qilu Software Park, and Sina.com have successively recruited graduates from our department. Our department has established a smooth channel for collecting and distributing information on employers and established a standardized information base for employers. I selected employment information officers in the graduating class of party members and cadres, and each class established an information team. When there is a talent exchange meeting, the information staff will distribute the publicity materials to the exchange meeting, collect the information of the employer, and return to the school to sort into the library of the employer unit, and release it in the class in time. The information of the employer who contacted the general branch of our department and selected the graduates of our department was also input into the library of the employer and returned to the graduates. Our department also gives full play to the advantages of all employees and mobilizes the enthusiasm of the faculty and staff of the department. Fourth, in-depth and meticulous employment guidance, to provide quality services for the majority of graduates.
My career guidance is combined with intensive lectures in the classroom and individual instruction outside the classroom. The centralized employment guidance class is strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the student office, and the lecture plan is submitted in time, and the classroom teaching is prepared according to the lecture plan and related requirements. At the same time, our department relies on the employment guidance network formed by the faculty and staff of the department to give full play to the advantages of all employees, and to give enthusiastic help and selfless care to the graduates in the daily study life. Organizing high-level employment seminars and reports is also an important part of our department's employment guidance. Our department has invited Sina Enterprise Service Platform, Inspur Group Tongsoft Company, and our Chinese Academy of Sciences to study Dr. Li Shengen and other teachers around the development prospects of the IT industry and the requirements for talents. It has been held for our graduates and lower grade students. 5. Promote the standardization of employment guidance in our department with strict and scientific management.
Standardized management is itself a quality service. Only by strengthening the system construction and promoting standardized management can the employment guidance work be on a track of sound development.
My party and government joint meeting, the departmental affairs committee fully discussed the various job agencies and staff duties of graduates, and determined them in the form of system, so that the division of labor is reasonable and people do their part. At the same time, our employment guidance staff accepts the leadership of the higher education department such as the Student Office, completes the tasks assigned by the Employment Guidance Center with quality and quantity, actively participates in the learning and training activities, and timely and accurately checks the information of the graduate students. The employer enters our department to recruit graduates with specific management methods. The employer carries out the information and records it into the employer library of our department. Sixth, strive to improve the initial employment rate, improve the quality of graduate employment, and make the graduates satisfied with quality service.
Our employment guidance work puts forward the general policy of “trying to increase the number of jobs on the basis of ensuring the quality of employment” and put forward the concept of “first employment and then choosing a job” for the majority of graduates to discuss. In the later stage of graduate employment, we pay special attention to strengthening the help of students with difficulties in employment, adopting individual guidance methods, and actively recommending to employers to help them succeed in employment. Even if students who fail to achieve employment due to special reasons, we have individually coached their future career choice strategies to make the graduates truly satisfied. Because some students took civil servants and selected students because they did not sign up before graduation, it affected the initial employment rate of our department.

7. Learn the advanced experience of computer professional employment guidance in brother colleges, investigate and research, improve the level of employment guidance, and enhance the innovation of employment.
Under the care and support of the party and government leaders, our department has successively sent graduate employment leading groups, employment strategy research groups and relevant members of the Employment Guidance Office to the departments of the computer majors of Qufu Normal University and Shandong Economic College. Learning from the advanced experience and successful practices of the brothers and universities in employment guidance, broadened their horizons and promoted the work of the department. At the same time, the students in the graduating class of this department carried out a survey on the state of mind, conducted an analysis of the employment needs situation, and published an employment work article in the "Journal" and "Student Work Briefing".
In the employment work, I achieved breakthroughs in the following aspects and gained some experience: the leaders attached great importance to this work, and all professional teachers and administrators worked hard to support this work. The quality of graduates has become a life-and-death relationship of our department.
