4. Use survey research as the basis for the implementation of file number 12

1. The student party was built as a solid foundation

According to the spirit of the "Implementation Opinions" of the Provincial Party Committee, by 2019, among the ideological and political theory teachers born after 1960, the number of doctors must reach 20%-30%, and the number of schools that can grant relevant doctoral degrees in the country is limited. Judging from the current situation in our school, there is still a big gap in achieving the goals set by the archives. We will actively encourage ideological and political teachers to pursue doctoral degrees, actively seek support from universities with the right to grant doctoral degrees, and accelerate the promotion of full-time teachers.
