Self-inspection report on prevention of SARS in basic colleges
School of SARS Prevention:
On the morning of May 14, the college held a middle-level cadre meeting to convey the spirit of the school's anti-SARS work conference. The college has requested further implementation of the “optimistic door” and “management of good people” measures against SARS. The self-inspection report is now as follows:
First, how to "see the door"
Measures taken
1. The school district implements “quasi-closed management”, that is, all personnel in the campus must demonstrate when they enter the school; students must have a travel permit issued by the counselor to leave school. Counselors are required to strictly check and not sign for non-special circumstances.
2. Outsiders can register to enter the campus in addition to the consent of the leaders of the school, and the rest will be in the reception room of the school. The guest house has been closed for business on April 24.
3. The external unit vehicle is not allowed to enter the school without the approval of the leader.
4. The health center and the bath are suspended from the family members of the workers.
5. The Dongdaemun of the family area is regularly opened; the East Gate is subject to verification management.
6. Defend the cadres in turn at the school gate.
Increased measures now
1. Set the temperature measurement point at the school gate. All outsiders must pass the temperature test before entering the school or entering the reception room.
2. After the long-term temporary work is carried out by the employer for health check, the temporary exit permit with photo will be uniformly handled; the short-term temporary workers hired for maintenance and repair should also find out where they came from, if the infected area is resolutely used; After the medical examination, the temporary exit permit will be handled uniformly.
3. Conduct investigations on relevant departments of residential organizations on the campus. In principle, renting and lending are not allowed. That is: the loan will be moved out before the deadline of April; the rent and loan will be moved out immediately after April.
Second, how to "manage people"
Measures taken
1. Strict students' school exit testimony and submission of the exit card system issued by the counselor. Serious handling of arbitrarily entering and leaving the school gate and crossing the wall.
2. Cancel student tutoring and other social part-time activities. Strengthen the examination of student dormitory. For the serious treatment of staying at night and hosting others.
3. Establish a college duty-based accommodation system, a student cadre duty system, a library director's evening duty system, and a 24-hour clinic for health clinics.
4. Establish a daily meeting system for counselors to deal with and communicate related issues in a timely manner.
5. Give full play to the role of 100 party members. The contact person and the contacted class often maintain information communication and find problems in a timely manner.
6. Students carry out a variety of small-scale activities, activate campus cultural life, and distribute sports equipment such as skipping rope, scorpion and badminton to employees, and encourage everyone to participate in activities and enhance physical fitness.

11. Strict isolation system. Anyone who has a fever in a foreign country must go to school to be isolated. Measures taken by employees and their families to return to the affected area for two weeks.
12. The personnel registration system is implemented for the rented house, and the renter reports the personnel every day.
13. The computing center is closed except for the teaching network.
14. In order to solve the problem of many people in the study room, students are allowed to study in the dormitory, but pay attention to ventilation.
15. Cancel the evening self-study Q&A, mid-term exam and some competitions.
