Constantly strengthen environmental awareness, increase environmental protection efforts, and basically complete the various indicators proposed in the "Responsibility Book", the self-inspection report is as follows:
1. In the medium and long-term plan, we attach great importance to environmental protection and environmental governance. We fully reflect the idea of sustainable development from the guiding ideology development goals and policies and measures, so that economic development is coordinated with the population, resources and environment. It also incorporates the requirements for establishing an environmental protection model city into the planning, making it one of the common goals of the people of the city. It is clearly stated that “to promote the deadline for the treatment of key pollution sources and the comprehensive compliance of pollution sources, accelerate the elimination of outdated process equipment, comprehensively promote industrial clean production, strengthen the construction of environmental protection institutions and improve the modernization level of environmental protection management.
2. In the preparation and implementation of the annual plan, highlight the important position of environmental protection and the establishment of environmental protection model city, and decompose the indicators of annual environmental governance and comprehensive utilization of resources, and release them at different levels. Supervise and inspect the annual environmental plan to ensure the realization of the plan. The annual plan covers the governance plan to maintain the urban pollution index <100, and the implementation effect is good.
3. Strengthen investment in environmental protection construction and strive for capital investment through various parties. In 2003, investment in environmental protection reached 570 million yuan, accounting for 2.4% of GDP. In terms of ecological environment construction, the implementation of natural forest protection projects, returning farmland to forests and grassland projects, small watershed comprehensive treatment projects, and the construction of nature reserves such as Wudang Mountain and Fulong Mountain; in the environmental management, the construction of Shending River sewage Treatment plant, municipal waste treatment plant, Fangxian, Danjiang urban drainage project, municipal thermal power plant net electricity dedusting project.
4. In the project approval, carefully implement the “three simultaneous”. 5. Continuously strengthen the study of environmental protection knowledge and improve the initiative and initiative of environmental construction. Through intensive study of laws and regulations, experts are invited to carry out special lectures, and personnel are sent to participate in training and other forms to improve environmental awareness and work standards.
