I did the class teacher of 07 Electronics without any practical experience and sufficient psychological preparation, but I still have confidence in my work. Since I was the first time to be a class teacher , many of the concepts and ideas that I just graduated from school are still very close to the students. Students are still acceptable to my thoughts and forms of education. So I used my own advantages in this aspect to educate all aspects of the mind, from the relationship between the party's 17th National Congress and our attention to the notes of politeness and etiquette that students should pay attention to in their daily lives. In each class I teach, I will sum up according to what happened in the class at the right time, and then use the small lead to educate the students in this class. The method used is still to say things, to the way of emotional people.

two. Life aspect

Since most of the students are staying at school, care for the students in life is essential. I often walk into the student's dormitory, and I will pay attention to and observe their daily life at every time, whether during meals or before they go to sleep. In this way, we can truly understand the problems students may encounter. Every time I go to the dormitory, students always like to actively communicate with me and talk about their thoughts and troubles. All I have to do is to comfort and enlighten them, adapt them to things that cannot be changed, and learn to change things that can change. For example, students complain that their dormitory is too narrow and people are inconvenient. I enlightened them that we are a group of animals, so we must learn to adapt and learn to tolerate each other. The dormitory is a little small, but if we get along well, the place is big when the heart is wide. Is not it? I always regard myself as their big sister in life, not the head teacher , so the students always tell me when they have a headache.

Third, learning

Since we are an electronics major, there are naturally many practical operations. In addition to the theoretical knowledge I taught in class, I also pay attention to the application of students' knowledge outside the classroom. In addition to the necessary assistance to the students who are interested in the operation, I will conduct physical induction for those students who are not interested in learning, and let them like and be interested in using some simple and feasible glowing flashing lights. They are also often enlightened by their ideas.

Fourth, summary

In order to make our class feel like living and studying in a free, open and united class, I try my best to do it in every way. May be the first class teacher , many things are not as smooth and due to the effect I imagined, but I believe that as long as I do my best and do it.
