In the work of the class teacher , I mainly started from small things, grasped the routine management, cultivated students' good study and living habits, and created a harmonious and clean learning and living environment for the students. At the beginning of the semester, I defined the person in charge of each position according to the actual situation in the class. Such as: class health inspectors, school badge inspectors, disciplinary inspectors, etc., to help students continue to develop good habits.
Second, close to students, study students.

They are far more psychologically stressed than other students. Every day they face the accusations of their parents, the fall of their classmates, the cold eyes of their teachers, and who can understand the pains in their hearts? If the teacher gives them a warm gaze, a word of encouragement, and a cordial greeting, they will be touched and remembered. This is also an effective way for us to do a good job of transforming students.
Third, cultivate a capable team of small cadres
I remember when I started working as a class teacher , I was so busy every day, but the effect was not satisfactory. For this reason, it was really a headache. I slowly discovered that cultivating a team of highly efficient cadres is a good medicine. The relationship between the class teacher , the class cadre, and the students is like a handle, an umbrella stand, and a cloth. A good handle without a support can not support a sky anyway. On the basis of the original class cadres, I made appropriate adjustments, wearing high hats for class cadres at appropriate times and occasions, encountering setbacks in class cadres, and giving them some work skills and methods when they were frustrated, so that the class cadres I am confident in my work and ability.
