1. Establish a correct direction for public opinion.
The remarks and opinions that prevail in the collective and are endorsed by the majority are paradoxes. The bad influence of wrong public opinion on the construction of class style is huge. After all, students are still immature and easy to follow blind obedience. I often organize students to discuss the Code of Middle School Students and the Standards of Daily Behavior of Middle School Students. 2. Encourage competition.

To break this relatively balanced state and create a dynamic competitive situation, we must encourage competition, use competition to stimulate students' high morale, and explore the enormous potential of students. To this end, I use a variety of ways to stimulate students' sense of competition. In particular, the class students are divided into 12 groups with a balanced learning level for dynamic management, pre-class lectures, sports activities, from hand-written newspaper production to comic competitions. At work, I am more and more aware of the key role of the family in the growth of children. Parents are the first teachers of the child. The influence of parents' speech and behavior on children is far-reaching. Our parents, at present, have little awareness of this kind of active education for children. For this reason, I have held a large-scale parent meeting four times this semester. Before each meeting, I must carefully prepare and give parents a practical help. Parents' meetings on the theme of "Let the target be expected and can be", "The Mountain Scenery is Unlimited", "Helping Children, Never Be Late", "Comprehensive Attacks and Ending Period" will give parents a strong shock. On the one hand, parents are given the theoretical guidance to educate their children. On the other hand, timely delivery of students' works, such as diaries, essays, and small productions, enables parents to recognize the diverse talents of their children and to experience the joy of their children's success together with parents. At the same time, the school's leaders and outstanding parents are invited to give key lectures to parents, so that parents can improve in continuous learning.

The parents of our class will no longer be afraid of the students, and parents have said that each parent meeting will benefit a lot. The students said that after the parent meeting, the parents helped them learn, and they no longer blame themselves. Parents' participation rate is close to 100%. Parents will truly achieve mutual communication and promotion among teachers, parents and students.

2. Be solid and do a good job in home visits.

Based on the home visits last semester, I focused on targeted home visits to students.

At the beginning of the school year, I found that some students have changed a lot in various aspects, especially with parents. Many parents have reported that their children are too difficult to manage and start to pout with adults. To this end, I visited many classmates' families and learned the crux of their conflicts with parents and helped parents solve their problems. At the same time, through my home visit, my relationship with my classmates became more intimate. I suddenly felt that I seemed to be closer to the students' hearts when I left the stage. 3. Take the initiative to contact the parents.

Based on the results of telephone communication in the last semester, I am more flexible in this way. I think that the modern life has a strong sense of rhythm and the work of parents is very busy. In order to let parents know the performance of their children in school, I often communicate with parents. On the one hand, it preserves the self-esteem of the parents after the birth, on the other hand, it also saves the parents' time, reflects the thoughts for the parents, and truly realizes the purpose of equal education. Not only when the child is wrong, but also communicate with the parents in time, the child has made some progress, and the parents are notified in time. On the one hand, the child feels that the teacher is not amplifying his shortcomings, but also seeing his growth and progress, and at the same time making the parents It also wins the joy of success, which further motivates parents to take the initiative to cooperate with school education. I think this is better used in this semester, and it has further strengthened my relationship with my parents.

Third, pay attention to the undergraduates and protect their self-esteem.

The underachievers in the class, their low scores are worrying. They are poorly based on their national standards, or they are in rural areas, their parents can't take care of them, or their parents are busy with work, have no time to take care of them, or have no way of learning. They don't listen carefully in class. All this makes me worry. I pay attention to their psychology and let them know that they have grown up. In order not to let the children fall behind, I often talk to my classmates, contact the parents, and form a group of four students to help. Let the excellent students form a "pair" with them, and under the premise of my respect, under my eager anticipation, they have made great progress.

4. Encourage students to participate in various activities and educate students during the activities.

During the semester, our class actively participated in various activities organized by the school and achieved excellent results in the event. We won the school's disciplinary health flow red flag three times; won the first place in the grade in the language dictation competition; won the first place in the sports meeting, won the spiritual civilization award and the best organization award in the football match. Excellent results have led to the development of students in many aspects. Students have exercised themselves through activities and improved themselves. 5. Highlight Russian characteristics and let students learn happily. Create an atmosphere of learning Russian and give full play to students' learning initiative.

While savoring the happiness of the child's growth, I clearly feel that there are still some problems that are urgent, and I should strengthen it in my future work.

First, the phenomenon of class learning polarization is still very serious. Although there are desires for hard work, there are gaps in knowledge that make them farther and farther away from learning. Some middle-aged students are influenced by many kinds of thoughts, and there is a downward trend in learning.

Second, some children in rural and forest farms are lagging behind because of poor learning base and lack of strict management of parents. They lack organizational discipline and are relatively free and sloppy.

Third, students urgently need to have a special teacher to give psychological guidance, guide them out of confusion, and successfully through adolescence. For single-parent children, due to busy work during the semester, care is still not deep.
