In this school year, I am the class teacher and language teaching work of the 86th class . After a semester, I have a deep feeling for this class. Therefore, in this school year, I also put a lot of effort into the class management, and committed to building a harmonious and active class atmosphere, so that the class has its own Features, especially the strengthening of the training of class management personnel, thus cultivating a team of highly qualified cadres with responsibility and working methods, so my class teacher’s work in this period is very easy, which may be so many years. A big change is also a big step forward.
In order to better be qualified for my work, this semester I continue to strengthen my personal moral cultivation, keeping in mind the old saying: being a normal person and learning as a teacher. Loyal to the party's educational career, I know that I am standing on the three-foot platform and shouldering the heavy responsibility. Therefore, I can actively participate in political studies, care about national affairs, support the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee with xx comrades as the core, adhere to the four basic principles, support the party's various principles and policies, abide by labor discipline, and enthusiastically help comrades; Attitude, serious and responsible, caring for students, caring for students, being a teacher, and dedication. In order to further improve the teaching level, I actively learn various educational theories to enrich myself so that I can use my solid theory as a guide to better carry out education and teaching. Study hard to adapt to the current form of education, recharge yourself, and prepare for further improvement in teaching. I also use my spare time to study computer knowledge, learn to produce multimedia courseware, and provide teaching services. At the same time, I also help other colleagues to make materials, find information on the Internet, and so on. Actively writing educational teaching papers, in order to further improve teaching and research capabilities, I actively participate in language teaching and research activities.
In teaching, I do my best and use water to water them. At the same time, students are strictly required, and they are not spoiled or loved by students. False mistakes, no connivance, no appeasement, no laissez-faire. Teachers' responsibilities are not only to teach students knowledge, but also to guide them to learn the basic skills of life and survival, and to be the basic code of conduct for people. I often feel that the primary responsibility of educators is to teach students to learn to be human, to cultivate their sound personality, and to protect their physical and mental health. In this issue, I have made great progress in this regard.
Since the beginning of this issue, I have been able to strictly abide by the teaching discipline and strengthen cooperation and research with other teachers. After half a year of hard work, I achieved good results at the end of the period, but some students still have not achieved satisfactory results. In the new semester, I must establish a more scientific concept of educating people, pay more attention to more scientific methods of work, and strive to achieve better results.
