Therefore, no matter how bad the students are in learning and discipline, the class teacher always calms them, and they have the feeling of being confident and will establish their own image of the strong. During the welcome period, students are generally under heavy pressure and psychologically vulnerable. A class teacher with a strong image will give students a sense of psychological support.
