Unconsciously spent a semester with my students, reviewing the work of this semester, there are achievements, mistakes, experience, and lessons. I never dare to neglect the teaching work, study the new curriculum concept seriously, study the teaching methods in depth, and ask the colleagues for advice humbly, because I know that the curriculum is a kind of practice. As long as you carefully study, explore, reflect, and sum up experience, you can use the language. It is integrated into the children with intellectual disabilities and becomes the smiling faces of the children. It becomes a pleasant learning for the students and becomes a more realistic development of the students. The new curriculum will become a real, dynamic and developing reality through our joint efforts. After a semester of hard work, I gained a little teaching experience: let students "play" middle school and experience the joy of learning Chinese. Class situation analysis:
In this class, there are 13 students in this semester, including 9 males and 4 females. Most students can write new words and have made many progresses. The students' language expression ability has not improved much. They only use dialects to communicate but rarely use Mandarin. His ability to do things and self-care ability is better. I can bathe myself and wash clothes. I must urge him to interact with his classmates to cultivate a sense of collective honor.
First, class management
As a class teacher , managing a class is the most basic task. In this semester, in terms of class management, I did the following work:

After a semester, the students grew up a lot. They gradually have self-awareness, and they like to be self-centered and engage in "individualism." Although this is the embodiment of the student's personality, it is not conducive to the development of the entire class. Therefore, continuing to do a good job in cultivating students' routines is still the highlight of the work of the class.
In the second-grade mentally retarded students, the consciousness is still relatively low. In the morning, early in the morning, few people consciously read and clean, and the teacher needs to be constantly urged and reminded. In response to this situation, I first selected five students with strong sense of responsibility and high prestige among the classmates, and matched them in groups of two, one rotation per day, one reading, one organizational discipline, and one morning. When you arrive at the school, you will organize your classmates to enter early reading, and cooperate with the “Star Rating Platform” to reward small students with good performance. After one semester, most students can consciously enter early reading after they arrive at the school. In terms of the cultivation of students' habits, I pay attention to let children regulate the middle school language and lay the foundation for learning Chinese. This is not in contradiction with learning Chinese in "playing". Habits can affect a person's life. "Personality" must be publicized in certain norms to prevent students from embarking on the wrong path of development. Therefore, teaching must not shift from being overruled to letting go, and must strictly control the "degree". There are certain norms in listening, speaking, reading and writing. For example, when individual students stand up to answer, other students should pay attention to listening, some opinions can be raised; the sound of reading or answering questions should be louder... All the bitterness of language learning needs to be standardized, and we need to train students to be good. habit.
In the second grade, the school assigned an outdoor cleaning area. After a year of exercise, most of the children have been able to complete the classroom cleaning tasks better. However, cleaning the outdoor cleaning area requires a large broom. The students are small and weak, and they can’t do it with a big broom. Coupled with the fall of a lot of fallen leaves, the students swept up and it was simply a slap in the face. In order to change this situation, I insisted on coming to school every day and cleaning with the students. They don't use big brooms, I teach them how to use plagiarism. After a period of time, the students finally slowly entered the situation. Now, even if I am not there, the students will complete the task with high quality and efficiency, and clean the cleaning area.
In line with school arrangements, students are actively organized to participate in various activities held by the school.
For example, in the tug-of-war competition, the students’ interest in the “Six. One” festival was soaring and achieved gratifying results.

Teaching business
As a teacher, teaching is my own job, and I am no exception. In this semester, in addition to doing class management work, I did not relax myself in teaching. I insisted on taking the first class seriously, carefully correcting each assignment, and working hard to make myself better.
Self-improvement
I continue to enrich myself and study undergraduate courses. On the other hand, I urge myself to improve my teaching. After more than one semester of training, I have obtained a mental health certificate. In addition, I also insisted on listening to quality courses and humbly asking other teachers for advice to further improve my business ability.
Of course, the past is over, and we have summed up the past to make the future more experienced. The old year has passed and the new semester has not yet begun. In the new semester, we learn from past experiences and constantly remind ourselves to move toward higher goals.
