First, knowledge update, improve quality

To give a student a glass of water, you must first have a bucket of water. This is what I said when I was a student. But for myself, I asked myself to have at least a few buckets of water. In my spare time, I often check and store relevant information online. In addition, I also purchased educational books such as "How to Appreciate Your Child" and "Quality Education in China". I am the head teacher of the preschool class this semester. Under the guidance of my one year, the students of this class have gradually formed good behavior habits, and their self-care ability is much better than a year ago. First of all, I believe that the first principle of educating children is to create a good environment, just like farmers planting crops. To grow good crops, they must give them the right soil. This is also the basis of my education.

Secondly, I think we should appreciate every child. There is a saying: there are no children who are not good at teaching. I didn't think so before. Those with ADHD, those who were slow to move, those who were mischievous, those with little heads... all gave me a headache. Later, I read the book "Appreciating Your Child" and it was very useful to be exposed to appreciation education. There is a sentence that touches me. "Appreciation is that even if everyone in the world looks down on your child, you still believe that your child is the best child in the world, and you must be proud of him forever."

I started to make my students feel good about their children. Every Monday, I let them take turns to say, "I want to be a good boy" and then say what I need to do to become a good boy according to my own shortcomings and advantages. In addition, I started with the child's strengths and corrected the child's feelings about their weaknesses. He Hui is timid, I let him find the feeling of courage; Wei Bin, Wen Bin is more naughty, I let them do the class, taste the feeling of the child; poetry moves slowly, I help him find a quick feeling. Gradually, they have improved, and although they are still very repetitive, I have felt very pleased.

Again, the punishment for the child is "tofu mouth, knife heart." This is learned from Teacher Wei. She often said: "Children are children after all." Adults often make mistakes, let alone children. But if you are wrong, you have to punish. How to punish? First of all, you must educate your children in a calm and sensible situation. If you do not say that you are hurting your child's self-respect, you must be right. During this semester, the students made a mistake. I no longer simply rudely complain or criticize, but try to hold my breath. Really, this effect is much better than the louder complaints, because some students are like springs, the more you resist, the stronger you resist, but he is really afraid that the teacher is angry.

Finally, clever guidance, less reasoning, and substituting yourself into the students. The students in our class can't change some bad problems. To this end, I specifically asked Li Fengying, a teacher who has a very good set of management. I have learned a lot from her, one of which is to put my emotions into the students. The seats of my class students are always in a mess when they are in other classrooms. Once, when they went out to the computer class, I entered the classroom and laid out the tables and chairs one by one. The books and pen boxes on the desk were collected one by one. When they came back, I told them that the teacher used his most precious time to change the work time to help you set the table. The teacher has a lot of work to do in a day. Third, teaching work

This year is my fifth year as a language teacher. During these five years, especially in the past two years, I have realized some inspirations from education. There is a saying that education is to give the child an apple. This apple must be placed in a place where the child can jump. If the child can't pick up the apple, he will not be in the mood to jump again. So I gave each student a suitable ruler. The pressure on students in this semester is quite large. After each test, the majority of students write "I want to take a hundred percent", and in fact, how many hundred percent? I told them that one hundred percent is not important. The important thing is that every time you can make progress, even if it is only 0.5 points. Our class* had a poor grade. One time I scored 52 points and the whole class was the last. She cried sadly and her parents were very annoyed. I told her, it doesn't matter, the penultimate score of 67 points, chasing her. In the class, I gave more opportunities to her, and then did the work of parents. So her second test improved: 59 points. I am happy to say that she is still sad and crying, "Hey, progress, only one point is qualified, you are awesome!" To the third test, she qualified, and the mid-term exam was even seven. More than ten points, the progress can be big! This is the case for students, and they have tasted the sweetness of success before they are willing to work hard. As long as we don't give up on him, as long as we continue to encourage him, he will always have a successful day.

As a language teacher, I believe that the ultimate goal of Chinese teaching is to be able to speak. At the beginning of the school, I always let students do a lot of simultaneous exercises. As a result, they feel that they have a lot of homework and they have a burden. So I canceled the synchronous practice that I had to write, but instead turned to the assignments that the kids liked. I set up the "small water droplets" book, let the students design the cover of the homework, and then let them collect more than one good sentence and more than two idioms every day. In this way, language work has great flexibility. Excellent students can copy one page of paper and more than ten idioms every day. After entering the students, they only copy one idiom. I also think that they have done a good job. By copying the good words, they have improved their literacy and writing skills, and the typos are much less. As for the synchronous practice, I will try my best to complete the face-to-face change in the classroom. This semester student learned to write a diary. I asked them to write one or two articles a week. Every time I wrote a diary, I wrote a comment on the face. I also painted a face and a clear table. When I wrote it, they were very I want to see if this is a smile or a cry, or what the teacher has written, which greatly promotes their motivation to write.

In short, in the past year, I have done some work and achieved some achievements, but the results can only represent the past. There are also many shortcomings in the work. For example, the education of the students is not meticulous and patience, and the routine work of the class is not enough. Well, the mobile red flag is always lost.
