Summary of the work of the deputy head teacher of the second year of 2012-2013

It is often said that a life without dreams is boring, a life without creation is mediocre, and a career without burning is helpless. Time flies, another semester has passed. This semester is the second year of my class as a deputy class teacher . I was somewhat bitter and tired during this semester, but I made up my mind that no matter how hard I am, I will be ordinary. The ordinary class teacher is doing a good job. The so-called "one work and one harvest" is just because of hard work, it is only because of hard work. I will summarize the work of my deputy class teacher in the past six months as follows:

1. Broad love

Some people say: "All the best educational methods, all the best educational art, are born out of the passionate heart of education for students." Therefore, the class teacher is also the deputy head teacher , the first should be the love of students. With heart and mind, only when you use your heart to communicate with students, students will open up to you. This way you can truly integrate into your child. Use the usual spare time to go to the students, discover and understand the difficulties and problems of the students, and help them solve them in time.

2. Deep sense of responsibility

I often discuss the class situation and existing problems with the teacher in charge of the class, or reflect some situations to her, work together as a student, and work hard to solve the problem. Usually participate in the daily management of the class and participate in the class activities of the class. Such as seriously participating in the morning activities of the class; every day, on time, and the children in the class lined up to go to the cafeteria for lunch.

3. Develop good habits of students

As the saying goes: "It is better to be a good-looking one to say a thousand words to a million words, especially in front of students." Therefore, in front of the students, I will strictly ask myself to demonstrate. For first-year students, they are young and have poor self-control and discipline. I started with developing good habits of students, and taught fun in class, trying to attract students' attention and organize the discipline of students. In daily life, we not only set an example by example, but also set an example among students according to their performance, so that students can develop a good habit of taking classes seriously, taking homework, taking a break, speaking civilized, and being polite.

These are some of my experiences in the past six months. If you have the heart, you will have something to gain. I am with my students and feel that my days are really fast. Although I am busy every day, I am very busy and busy. I will work harder, improve myself and improve myself.
